Our community Four Oaks, has been with Cedar Management for about 6 yrs. Our manager is Rhonda Adams. Any questions or concerns we might ask her about, are answered promptly, usually the very same day. All our homeowner requests for repairs are handled in a timely manner. Most of us are on automatic withdrawal pmts which are handled monthly with an immediate email informing us of this bank withdrawal.
Rhonda has introduced us to some of the best vendors/repair companies. Very pleased with how repairs, large and small are handled.
Overall, we are satisfied with Cedar Management.

Was guaranteed a respresentive of CMG would be at our annual HOA meeting......NO ONE SHOWED. We held the meeting on our own, sent an email for a response. 5 days later NO one has responded and no one is answering the phone. POOR!!! will be changing management companies immediately!!!

I called in to check to see if money order was received. I mailed it more than two weeks ago. The girl that answered was very nice and helpful to let me know that it had note made it there yet to be posted to my account .

I ve been trying to get an answer to a simple question about an ARC request and get very little in terms of a response. Multiple emails and phone calls later and the best I ve gotten is a one or two sentence answer that offers very little guidance. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. They have refused to give me any information regarding who is on their ARC committee. Denying fence requests despite other homes in the neighborhood having the same fence up. Offering an app but then saying another form is needed. It makes zero sense.

Received very quick response to my inquiry and was guided in the right direction.

After working to solve my accounting issue, it was settled promptly. Thank you for all your good work!

Shannon Jones is wonderful, positive and has a great attitude, what a professional! I have lived in Patrick Square for 8 years, been through a couple of managers and we have the best to date. Thank you Shannon for doing a terrific job which I know can be challenging.

I haven t seen anything accomplished except at the meeting some guy sat in the back corner and acted he could care less except we were disrupting his nap time. Also they schedule the meetings for their convenience not the Home Onwers!

After trying to get intouch with the company for a month to help with a portal issue Tracey Hines finally came through for me! She is professional, personable and extremely helpful! Thanks Tracey you're the best!
