I have had THE best experience with Catalyst Mortgage! My loan officer was Matt Matsuda and he was incredible! I have to admit I was hesitant at first because we found this lending office through a mailer, but we gave him a chance anyways. I knew from the moment we spoke on the phone that he was not only knowledgeable, but honest! He was able to do my complete refi over phone & email. Matt is extremely hard working and has great communication. I m the end, he got us the best rate, we got cash out and the refi was at zero cost. That may not be the market forever, but when we do our future loans on other properties, we can be sure that what Matt promises, he delivers. Integrity is everything and he stands behind his word!

Will Harlan was outstanding to work with. Unlike other mortgage companies I got quotes from Will stayed in constant touch daily from the time I got a quote till my loan closed. The other large mortgage companies I tried working with I could barely get them to call me back.
