I use them for all my real estate management needs. Anthony helped me buy my first building and helps me manage my property, placing my tenants, etc. Anthony and his staff are honest professionals who put their clients first. It s about integrity, not just money.

I would give them minus 5 stars. They advertised an apartment that they did not have the right to rent. They charged my wife $60 and took all our financial information. Then they refused to answer our many calls and emails. All you have to do is check them on Zillow to see that they haven't sold a house in a year and a half. Scam artists. Shady.

Our agent Sharon was the best. She found us a beautiful apartment in Whitestone. The landlords are great. Sharon was on top of her game. Kind and friendly she helped us from start to finish. Dealing with this business was one of the worst experiences of my life. I am going to try to stay calm and only deal with facts. If you check this place's website, they have 3 locations and 33 employees. If you check Zillow, in the last 15 months they have only sold 1 condo for $448,138. Real estate agents get 3 percent, so in 15 months a company with 3 locations, and 33 employees grossed $13,444.14 in sales. Fishy, shady and suspicious.
Before we got married my husband and I looked for apartments. We were very busy and did not do our research. Carollo Real Estate was advertising the apartment we were interested in. We started the application process and gave ALL our personal information to an agent called Hayley. We also gave Hayley a $60 check. Days passed and Hayley dodged my texts and phone calls. When I finally got ahold of her she said she was "busy and couldn't attend her phone calls". After weeks went by and I did not hear from Hayle, we started looking for apartments on Zillow. We found the exact same apartment we were looking for, and it turned out that Carollo didn't have the right to rent it! Everything about this place is so fishy! They changed us $60 and took ALL our financial information when they couldn't even rent us the apartment we were interested in.
I won't even go into all the credit trouble we have had.
Thankfully, we are part of a dedicated faith based network. We are diligently working to let other decent people know what they are in for with these desperate, feckless thugs.

Sharon helped me and my girlfriend find a rental property with ease. She was always responsive during the process and always acted in our best interest. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Called the other day to speak to an agent who might ve been able to show me a few apartments on their website. The man who answered asked me about my credit, I said it was good but not excellent, he took my information and said he would have someone call me to set up an appointment and no one ever called me back. To whom it may concern,
Late Sept 2011 my mother could no longer take care of herself, or her two family home. We moved her, in rather a hurry, to an Assisted Living Facility in PA where we live. We wanted to rent the house, but we live so far away it would be difficult to manage and maintain ourselves. My husband found a web site for the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He gave me three managers as suggestions.
I contacted Anthony Carollo and two other Property Managers by email. Anthony responded right away. I also called the two other Property managers. One did not respond, and the other gave me a price immediately, without even looking at the house. When I met Anthony, he knew a lot about the area, we did a walk-thru of the entire house. He asked questions and made suggestions.
We had a tenant that hadn t paid rent in months. My mother had started eviction proceedings but fell ill. Anthony completed the eviction. He sent timely bills, suggested a less expensive gas provider, his team made repairs, interviewed and selected good tenants. He was a huge help and took a lot of worry away from me. There were issues with leaks from a bathroom that my father had installed in the basement 40+ years ago, a bed bug issue, court proceedings, which he attended on my behalf. I could not have gone to New York for all the proceedings that came up, with the eviction. There were issues with add-ons and modifications my mother had made, that did not meet New York code. Fines that came up that, because of my mothers illness, she hadn t taken care of and I didn t know about. There was paperwork that had to be filed yearly when you rent a home in New York. He got the property firmly on its feet, put in good tenants and sent me rent checks and a statement every month. His staff is wonderful, polite and a joy to deal with. Carollo Management managed my mothers two family home from 2011-2018, until we had to sell it. I would highly recommend this Property Management to anyone wanting their property maintained in an honest and above board manner.

I was interested in a property this outfit was selling. Their photographs are worse than horrible, no video tours, completely substandard. I had to call to get more information. The woman who answered my call, Kim or Karen, spoke such bad English that I simply couldn't understand her. Their website is in English, the neighborhood they are in is English speaking. Not good, very bad.

Fraudulent. Asked for all my information via text message and email.

She found them the perfect person exactly what they wanted and when I called her for myself and asked her to help me find a house to rent for myself and my family, within half an hour she had the perfect house for me to see which she had said would be perfect for me just speaking on the phone and she was right!

I was looking for a rental in Queens and out of the three real estate offices that I called, Sharen Samet from Carrollo was the one that helped me out. She was great! She kept in touch with me, understood my situation (kids and dog) and was able to find me what I was looking for. During my apartment search, I was able to text her the apartments that I was interested in seeing day or night. She would even text me back after office hours and she was sure to follow up with me the next business day once she was in the office. She was very attentive, always kept in touch and sympathetic to my small dog as a lot of owners didn't want pets at all! I called this operation and some rude woman told me that she was very busy, she said something about Instagram, and then told me to call back later, and hung up on me. I have had the privilege of working with Carollo Management for close to two years. For health reasons I had to move my mother from her 3 family house in New York to live with me out of state in 2016,. We were unable to manage the house ourselves so I contacted Carollo Management via e mail and Anthony Carollo responded promptly. Aside from being out of state there were multiple issues we were dealing with. Anthony took all the information and explained what he thought was the best way to correct the issues. Within the time he managed the property he made repairs, fixed violations, handled unhappy tenants, got a Certificate of Occupancy and a tenant eviction. Anthony kept us informed throughout each process. When it was time he sold the house quickly and for a price that was more then we had expected. I was impressed how quickly calls were returned and how professional, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and nice both he and his assistant Nicole were. I recommend Carrollo Management.
