BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY... NEVER BUY!!! Sales agents will speak to you very nicely at first to buy and will make all false promises like will take care of this and that.. but once you buy, you loose all your rights..you cannot even return... they will threaten you about legal things.. I had a very bad experience with Caretower, first of all agent did not have any idea what she was selling, then after speaking to her tech team she sold me a product which was not fit for our purpose... when I wanted to return, they said I cannot. even the managers are very very rude.. no customer service at all.. NEVER EVER BUY...
Scammers who make un-solicited calls They ask to speak to your IT manager and claim your Anti Virus has been breached! AVOID at all cost as they are trying to remote access your machines Block there number at ALL costs

Highly suspect company in a warehouse, they call and harass you even if you ask them not to call, most of their operation is offshore run by an unscrupulous management keep clear at all costs.
