Great experience! Adam was incredibly helpful and made the process quick and easy.

I talked with Adam Weaver in Sales because I had temporarily disconnected our tech support because our office was closed for several months because of COVID19. He was very kind , understanding, and helpful. He got all our paperwork finished and had us reconnected in less than 24 hours. We were very pleased.

I just spoke with Harriet from Carestream. I deal with this company a lot but out of the 8 years of having to call support she was by far the best most courteous helpful and delightful person I have ever dealt with. She is amazing call and ask for her

I was NOT happy when Dr Wimmer wanted to switch to Carestream/Sensi!! I did not feel the system had what we needed. Adam was and has been patient with me and ALL my concerns! Adam along with Bernedette met most if not all of the concerns I had and we will now be switching over the Sensi next week! Adam's customer service is the best!!

Our office had training on Sept 17th with Deborah Fletcher. She was met with a great deal of push back from some of our staff who weren't ready and did not want to learn a new system. Deborah handled herself beautifully!! She was patient and kind the entire day. Deborah is VERY knowledgeable and a GREAT teacher!! We were very lucky to have her as our trainer. Can't say enough about her!!!

Adam W really sets the bar for quality customer service.
