Some of the manager's expectations are very high, for the options available. "Make parts and shadow for learning a position at the same time. Right in the middle of the production line. Really? Train a new hire while the trainee is trying to make production and keep up with the numbers. Really? Six days a week and already working 10 hours a night. Morale is low. Best to believe that there are unneccessary snitches that really need to get a life and stop doing drugs.
Sadly it seems I had a similar experience as the other reviewers here. I purchased an AirSep NewLife 10L oxygen concentrator from a 3rd party vendor in February. After barely 6 months of light use it started making a loud rattling sound. I contacted the vendor & they contacted Caire. I provided video of the sound & Caire diagnosed a "high-pressure" issue that would require service. Although still under warranty, I was to pay out of pocket to ship for service. Fortunately for me, the vendor agreed to send me a new box & pay for shipping. A couple of weeks later, Caire contacted me to say there was nothing wrong with my device & I owed them $65 for a "no problem found" fee. After going back & forth, stating that I provided video proof & they required the service, I did not request it, they agreed to waive the fee. But the worst part is the condition I got the device back in. They did not send it back to me in the box I sent it in which had molded styrofoam inserts, they sent it in a used box with no padding. The case was not screwed on correctly, tweaking it out of shape. During service they scratched the inside & outside and bent the plug. When I contacted Caire to complain they blamed it all on FedEx - saying all damage was caused because FedEx repacked it an old box. I stated it was obvious FedEx did not repack the box & asked for compensation for the device & I never heard from them again. Obviously Caire Inc doesn't stand behind their products or service. Buyer Beware.
The company responded asking for additional images, so I have updated the review. Yes, you can see the cardboard "padding" smashed under the unit.
Horrible quality of products, and horrible place to work. If I could leave lower I would.
I purchased an Eclipse 5 with auto sat portable oxagen machine, after 8 months the power button wouldn't work. I tried several times with the machine plugged into an electric outlet and just with the battery and it wouldn't turn on.
I had to pay $35.00 to ship the machine to Caire Inc, then after a couple weeks I received a message from Caire Inc. saying I would have to pay $60.00 (no problem fee), because they found nothing wrong.
It seems like quite odd that all of the reviews were about 8 months after purchase when they needed repair and it doesn't seem like all people are charged the same (no problem fee).
I just hope I never have to use there service again.
I am very unhappy with the quality of the oxygen concentrator I purchased. Within 8 months we ll within warranty I had issues. They fixed it but I had to pay and mail it to them. It is not a small equipment to carry. Now it is not even a month again it is having issues. Either their technician weren t skilled enough or they gave me a bad product. I don t understand what warranty I got if I send it again and it will sit them for a week and I will need pay for rental oxygen system and just pray that this time it will work. I think they should send me a new system as they just gave me a faulty one.
I purchased a Inogen one G3 the best decision I ever made it goes everywhere with me I have extra batteries and extra chargers I am prepared always.
Only had my device for a month and it s broken already. Stuck at home without a portable
Horrible gave me bad anxiety and the lady just laughed at me like it was funny not cool I hated it and it was only day 2
