Burn Lounge

Don't go here. Two different workers told me over the phone that there was no cover before midnight. I arrived at 11 30 and security tried charging me 20 bucks to get in. I won't be returning to this lounge....

The atmosphere was nice, the security made me feel safe. The DJ'S girlfriend's outfit slayed (not sure if that matters)

The wait staff sucked, never took our order...my guy had to go get one of them....it took forever for us to get our hookah. The hookah had two tiny pieces of coal. We could not find our waitress. A bouncer eventually got another coal for us.

The photo girl was cool as hell!!! And her product is up to date!!

They over charge for too little..$20 to enter for mediocre service

The bouncer was rude and he lied and said we didn t pay him just to get extra money and they make you pay extra because I was wearing sandals

Good food, good environment, plenty of security and family owned!

Overall was ok. Two dollar Tuesday selections were just drinks, maybe 3 or 4, and the sizes were quite small. But the drinks were actually good. Waitress was nice although new so she wasn't familiar with a lot, but service made up for it. Security lady was extra though. She literally rubbed my whole joint when she patted me down. Constantly on the look for good south Atlanta hangs outs. Might return.... maybe security lady will buy me a drink next time.

It's a very cool nightclub, hookah, bar, & food place to hangout at. People are great to hangout with and meet.

It's straight the bartender with the shave side charge me $12.00 a piece for my drinks she over charge me and put the rest in her tip jar but When I order a drink on the floor it was $9.00

Waitresses are lazy, can t count and go around eating food. Also bad furniture Overly priced save your time & don t go there. Highly recommend to go elsewhere and have a good time

Went for a bday party and had an awesome time. Great atmosphere, great employees, great dj, great company! Loved it!

nice experience. selection of music could be better. way tooooo much trap music. you cannot sit or stand by the bar so it is so easy to get a drink

Ita an alright club best part is you can smoke in peace but the dj needs to mix the music up alot because migos aint it all damn night.

I absolutely loved it I've been there twice and the service was awesome. I will be celebrating part one of my birthday there next month (June)

It was a nice lax environment with good hookah but i must Warn u not to use your debit card because they will over charge your card thinking you drunk or some sort! the food and drinks were good tho!!

I usually enjoy my experience here but today, Cinco de. Mayo weekend, a waitress, decided that counting her money was more important than logging in my order. So, I sat for 20mins, with no service or acknowledgement that my ordered was delayed, for whatever reason. Keep me mind, there's only five people in the venue, at this time.

Came on a Thursday at about midnight and turned right around. These people were charging strip club cover prices to get in....for a lounge. Would love to try it when they come down! Music sounded good.

These people are confused about who they are.... they wanted to charge$20 to get in but it was only 3 people in there.

We had a great time! Beautiful, sexy decor... Skirt steak and seafood pasta were amazing... Food is amazing, drinks too!

The server was nice and attentive. She genuinely cared about making our experience better. However, the drinks were horrible! The Mic person was asked to give a birthday shout out and waited all night to do it. We were walking out when he played a birthday song. Disappointing. The hookah would not stay lit. If you smoke, they do allow that. I wouldn't choose this place again for a party.

Cost too much to come in, sit, listen to music, and smoke a hookah when you still have to pay for most of it....

Me and my wife came on Thursday night which was our 1st time in this place. The good...ambiance , music hip hop rap mostly. Small venue but nice crowd began to flow in throughout our 45 min stay becuz we had to go to work the next morning. They do check ID and have law enforcement there considering its in College Park. The bad...service was terrible along with the drinks. The server brought our drinks and never came back to check on us. Drinks were lacking alcohol. After drinking both drinks. I got up and walked to our server and asked her to bring our tab. She said ok then returned with no tab. Then i asked how much are our 2 drinks? She look confused and seem as if she came up with a number and said $16 bucks. I was thinking 16 bucks for a small cup of amaretto and maybe a 6oz cup of long island? So I said is it 8 dollars for each? She had no clue and then decided to say "yes". I was like ok and gave her $20. Then she replied."yall have a good night and drive safe." I knew she didnt deserve a tip let alone a $4 dollar tip becuz i believe in providing good customer service. I responded.."So are you not bringing my change back?" She then says "oh im coming back". My thoughts were she was planning on keeping the money if i had not said anything. She came back with my change but i did give her 2 bucks...She's fortunate i gave her anything based on.that horrible service. IMO I think she over charged me since she never printed my tab and being hesitant about letting me know drink cost.

The servers at accommodating. Large TVs with the game on the large screens. The music is okay. The hype man helped get the party started. Hooka was good and there is a cigar lounge connected to Burn. The guy at the cigar lounge gave us a tour of the cigar room.

I hate to write this but it's true. The service hands down suck here... I ordered 3 drinks total.. each time it took an hour to get a drink. I had family from out of town but we left early cause the service was trash. I live here so I would love to see this business succeed but I've been here 3 times and the waitresses act so snobby and inattentive.. and defensive if you try to give feedback. Tough set. Be prepared for fun and "southern hospitality ". Hit or miss, depends if you're in the mood to tolerate unnecessary behavior to get drinks

I was at Killa Mike's barbershop next door and saw 5 pretty females walked up to the door and they wasn't open yet but guess what I'm going home to get fresh and be back tonight

So definitely not a real hookah spot. Cool little atmosphere for drinks and music only. Service is poor. Was able to sit at a table but had to keep going to bar for our drinks. A server spilled a drink on us and didn't apologize and getting another drink was like pulling teeth. The servers didn't know how to keep the hookah going for us and that was the main reason of coming. Don't come if you are looking to chill out for a few and smoke a good hookah.

Very laid back place . Needs better servers. Quita was awesome though !

Went here for a networking event with the Atlanta Nightlife Alliance. I pass here all the time, but really never considered patronizing. The lounge area is very nice for events and just hanging out and lounging. The cigar bar side has a nice set up. Burn Lounge is a nice option for both cigar smokers and non-smokers. There is a bar on both sides.

I HIGHLY do not recommend this place. First off customer service is terrible and no one came to assist my group that came in at all. Myself and some friends went here the night of Super Bowl Sunday. We ordered there overly expensive drinks and one hookah and one of the waitress's told me she needed my driver's license to hold for the payment of the hookah. Long story short, they decided to kick everyone out early that day (245am) keep in mind doesnt close till 4am via there website and after we waited forever to get the hookah about 20 min later they close. We paid and I never get my license back. Next day I called to speak to a manager in which claimed no one turned in an lost license, as I explained it wasn't lost it was taken by there waiter and not given back. I was told after having to tell the manager what to do to question all of the female staff that worked at those exact hours that night and he said he would get back to me. As you can expect. He never did. I have called every day since, at all times of the night and they seem to be ignoring my calls. I'm now currently reporting my license as stolen and this lounge as the ones responsible.

Best set up in the city! The best Food! Friendly waitress and staff! Grown & sexy environment! I love this place!

Cool atmosphere but just needs more tables to sit back and chill.

Only day I go is Tuesday $2 drinks, free parking and free entry. Service is extra slow so order doubles. Alot of the wait staff seems to have an attitude Dj Master Rachel's keeps the crowd moving.

Women were fighting in the club and was put out so the fight continued outside. Everyone in the line was told the club was closed and to go the f*** home in those exact words

Hookahs are great tasting but do not last as long as other places I have visited. Menu items are pricey and they charge a cover fee. The ambiance is nice though.

The waitresses suck they never come back with your drinks and personally I think they over charge for drinks

Great atmosphere and clean. Staff is welcoming. Smoking is allowed so if your not smoke friendly I don't advise you going. They do also sell Hookah and they have a menu with flavors. They do well food I'd you want to eat

Beautiful interior! The staff was very attentive. Eddie checked on us several times to make sure all of our needs were met. Everyone from security to the bartender had great customer service. The drinks were tasty and the hookah was excellent. I will be coming back. We went on Tuesday, so it wasn't too crowded but the crowd was decent. The DJ played a good mix of current hip hop and played requested songs. Our bartender was Tori. All the drinks were delicious.

Nice place and decent vibe. The only thing I would have change is the music rotation. After 30 mintues I noticed they were playing the same 10-15 songs in rotation. They need a better DJ with more music.

This is an awsome place and I love it I will be back 30 to 50. Age range good food and women and musix and remember spend money

Had a great time here last weekend for my boyfriend's 30th birthday party. We had a section and the owner was EXCELLENT with customer service and making sure we were taken care. I highly recommend every one go here if you looking for a great time with NO drama. Support black businesses. We will definitely be back in December.

Burn Lounge doesn t have business etiquette and that s why nobody was there. The owner security had a no bag policy so you leave it at door. When i walked out the club it was fine and later after i threatened to report them to better business bureau they started looking.My stuff was in the garbage.i will during them i was missing things and the owner didn t even offer an apology.

Nice atmosphere. The Dj on Friday night played the best of today's and old school hip hop. At first the service was slow but after the manager walked thru, service improved. We had a good time while visiting Atlanta.
