Emailed them about two weeks ago asking to help converting a conventional house plan into their ICF block plans and help to calculate the amount of blocks I need. Never heard anything back. Messaged last Friday another ICF manufacturer and it took them one hour to respond.
We visited BB for training and the experience was wonderful. Best ICF blocks in the market, that's for sure!
