Usually great, but this morning no customer service at all. No eye contact, no good morning. Had 2 customers get their order before mine. Unfortunately the brother at the counter just ignored me but took an order from a women with a skirt on. Guess I wasn t dressed appropriately

This place consistently has the worst customer service ever. They weren't even open at 7am on Saturday. This was not surprising, just slightly more ridiculous than usual. I wish I didn't love bagels so much and not feel like walking any further to somewhere else because this place has such bad service it makes my heart hurt.

Had an AWFUL experience here today, Sunday morning, around 10:30AM. There was an insane line out the door, the three people who were behind the counter taking orders apparently didn t understand customers instructions (including my own) as several people came to the register (which nobody was working at to cash people out) to complain that their order was incorrect. Nobody was taking care of the customers at the register, which caused me to wait around for about 20 minutes, wasting my time. I was going to get a coffee at the register but ultimately decided against it, considering how long getting my very simple order and being cashed out took. Since they were out of everything bagels, I asked for two sesame bagels TOASTED: one with garden veggie cream cheese and one with plain. I get home to deliver the bagels neither toasted, and one with some kind of garlic herb spread, not even cream cheese.

I understand everyone has bad days, but this was exceptionally terrible. The manager on shift seemed very stressed and now sure how to lead her team. I hope she becomes more confident and sure of herself on how to delegate tasks and lead her team. At the end of the day: please have two people taking orders and one person on register at ALL times to avoid fiascos like today.

First time visit, on a Sunday morning. It wasn t busy when I got there. I ordered a hash brown topped bagel and an everything bagel - both with plain cream cheese. The hash brown bagel was pretty tasty. The everything bagel, on the other hand, took quite a while to chew. Overall, not too impressed with the dough, but the ambiance was pretty chill.

The food is fine, but if you buy anything more than a coffee you have hopefully taken a second mortgage out on your house. The place is stupid expensive for no real reason. The food is fine, but the portions are small and the staff will randomly act like untrained hipsters.

They open at 6 so my boyfriend and I went to get food 5 mins after they opened. There was someone already there who was just waiting because they had no bagels. I used to work for Brueggers and I know that the Baker and the opener are supposed to be there an hour ahead of time to ensure bagels will be there when they open. Regardless, the bagels don't come out until 6:28. No explanation for the wait from the brunette employee with the wrist tattoo. Then instead of helping the woman who was there before we were, she helps a woman who just happened to walk in when the bagels came out. Making the first woman wait even longer for service. My boyfriend originally wanted a sandwich but decided he would just get bagels in a bag and would buy some cream cheese and do it himself at home to save time. What should have been a 5 minute trip took us almost 45 minutes. Insane, and will not be going to this Brueggers again

Best bagels around. Fast, quick and excellent customer service. Bought breakfast for the office and she handled 20 breakfast sandwiches like a champ! She had a smile on her face a x never made me fell as I was a pain. The bagels were fresh and hot and every sandwich was made to order. Not one was wrong!!!! If only other places could be as good as this experience. One can dream!!!

I ordered from Brueggers in troy this morning through door dash and i spent $53.40. When the food got to my house it was cold (not brueggers fault) but when i opened the food, the entire order was incorrect. The bagels with meat had no meat, no cheese, they werent toasted, and i ordered a wheat bagel with honey walnut cream chesse and it had vegetable cream cheese. I ordered coffee and they were flavored but i asked for regular coffee. Then when i tried to call them the phone just rang and no one answered. I tried to reach them for 45 minutes until i gave up. I will never order from them again.
