Such a great company to work with! Their service was great and very quick, they answered all of my questions with diligence and patience. The Bright Planet rep I worked with was great about explaining the entire process and make sure I was getting the best deal!
Bright planet made everything very easy to digest. I had researched a lot of companies going down this road, and they were by far the best priced and the most responsive. I have, and will continue to recommend Bright Planet Solar to anyone that's looking to get the most out of their dollar.
Their customer service is great! I really felt like the guy I talked to laid everything out as clearly as possible, answered my questions extremely thoroughly. They were pretty prompt in their responses. I had some confusions about how the solar program worked (like, is it really free?) and they cleared all of that up for me. I know sometimes people get weird solar representatives knocking on their door that are pushy but the guy I talked with didn t give that vibe whatsoever.
My wife and I saved a few thousand dollars working with these guys. They delivered exactly what was promised. We couldn't be happier with the ease of our projects. Strongly recommended!! Thank you guys!
Absolute terrible customer service. My solar panels were installed in June and still have yet to be turned on. No word from the company they sent me something to turn it on myself and yet the instructions don t even match the system that I have. Worst customer service ever! Be aware!
Promised approximately 30 days from install to operate . 12 weeks since install, still no PTO (permission to operate) and our roof has empty spots and broken shingles.
Feel like we are getting the run around. So very grateful none of our friends/ neighbors took our referral to sign with this company.
Completely disappointed and feel like we got hosed with the sweet faced representative that convinced us this was the way to go.
Hope it doesn t start raining any time soon!!! I m sure their roof warranty isn t going to cover the secondary damage we will most likely receive

Let me say this, their customer service and ability to answer the phone are fantastic. The installation is garbage. It looks like 7 years old ran around my house with hammers and screw guns. The house keeping of the install team is disgusting. I spent 2 hours after they left picking up zip ties and cleaning water bottle out of my gutters.
Had a great experience with BrightPlanet! I don't normally leave reviews, but these guys did such great work that they deserve the recognition.
They tolk to you and tell yoy evry thing that thay bo and when thay are done they tolk to you and after they are done thay go and clen up what thay made a mess of.
