Great place to get quality outdoor gear. Arc'teryx always delivers, their gear is well worth the price.

While pricey, these items are high quality. Salesmen are low pressure and it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Love the product however not enough inventory and the prices were outrageous. Way too spendy.

Love this place and a great find for awesome clothes. Built with the climber in mind, their clothes are breathable and lightweight while delivering on an awesome style (and logo I might add). Staff was good and would definitely return when in the Seattle area again. This is a chain out of BC Canada - they're not everywhere.

I love this brand and this store. Every time I have been in I am greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store is very clean and organized. Their product is a premium price, but well worth it. I love everything I have bought from this store. It has kept me warm and dry in the worst of weather here in the Pacific Northwest.

Ultra expensive outdoor apparel, but the store was nice and the employees were helpful.

Stock issues. Everytime I have come in, they don't have normal (Large) stuff in stock. Their assurance that they can order whatever I want defeats the point of having a brick and mortar location. I ended up ordering online from a non-Arteryx store and paid well below what the store was trying to charge.

Helpful employees and prices equivalent to online. It s nice to be able to try things on.

Great location and variety of products. The staff is lovely as well. You can check out their jackets, winter accessories as well as their backpacks. Arc'teryx is an amazing brand and definitely worth the investment. Lots of things to do around that area, so check it out!

nice store in a great location with pretty helpful employees, but somewhat limited on their offerings. I agree with some of the other reviewers, their gear is pretty nice but not worth the money. There are quite a few outdoor suppliers that have excellent quality that do not match the price that arcteryx demands. However, Make you own choice once you see the quality/price.

C'mon Arc'teryx, this is your Seattle store. Stop trying to be the new Pata-Gucci and stick to your roots... legit, highly engineered, technical clothing for CLIMBERS.

This is a TINY store, not much of a selection. Good for stopping in if you're in the area but don't make a special trip, better off buying online.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff helped me find the right gear. I learned about new products that were better suited to my needs in the store, even after searching extensively online. They have the best gear!

They make great gear. Amazing gear. I went in to buy some stuff, multiple items to replace my old stuff. I had my mask on the entire time. I took it off in the corner away from everyone and handed it to my wife to take off my pull over sweatshirt to try on a jacket..because obviously it would take my mask off...the guy on the other side of the store rudely tells me to put my mask back on...the store was empty. I'm all for safety and understand why I need to have it on. But use a different tone with your customers who are dropping $$$$. This stuff is expensive, you should respect your customers more. I'll have buy online from now on or until the pandemic is over. The pandemic is no excuse to to not be polite to customers who are spending a fortune.

No tall sizes at all. They play club music in the store.

Had a great experience at the arcteryx store in seattle, they have a decent selection of the same gear that I love to take on mountain bike trips. It was already really neat to be able to check out the veiliance collections too. The staff was very attentive and helpful and even gave me directions to a great salad place down the street. Although I ussally get all my arcteryx on Amazon or rei I definatly recommend checking out the storefront as well.
I also had a question for the store, my epsilon jacket has a rip on the right arm, is there a guarantee that i can use or any way that I can get it repaired? Thank you

I had a great experience here looking for a new rain coat; the customer service was top notch, the apparel is super high quality, and the salespersons make it a really comfortable experience just too browse around the store too. Ended up buying the best raincoat I ve ever had. Well worth the money!

Arc'teryx clothing is well made and they use high quality materials. You should be able to get many many days of use out on the mountain or trails. While it is a general trend in outdoor clothing, I wish some company would buck the trend to reduce he number of pockets in jackets. Arc'teryx is no different here, although I wish they were. The low number of pockets in their jackets is my only complaint. The Seattle store is a nice showcase for their product. Sales staff is friendly and helpful.

It is a really good place to buy your favorable Arc'teryx gear and clothes . Truly wish they have more types of clothes can be chosen. I want to buy delta ar zip neck. I was told no stock". But I am very satisfied with the pant and down jacket I bought.
Truly speaking you can buy Arc teryx clothes from Amazon to get better discount. But I like to shop in a real store. As you may know Arc teryx provides many kinds of size format. For example, they provide regular, trim fit size of man s pants. I strongly suggest you try which size that fix you best in their store.

Tell all Arc teryx lovers. It is a worse experience to buy anything from their official web site outside Canada. I bought many clothes from Amazon and this Seattle store. I never met any problem. But when I bought a jacket last month from their web and they told me my order is fraudulent purchase and they close my account.I bought this jacket with a valid US bank issued credit card. I am sure they will get my payment. I don t know where goes wrong. Hope they can clarify this issue and restore my reputation and credit. Terrible!

The employees here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the brand. They are great at showing you around the store and recommending the exact jacket that you need. On top of that, the store also has competitive sales, which you wouldn't expect from a flagship store.

Great store and some of the best products on the market. The store has quite a few items to select from. Yes it is expensive, but you pay for what you get. Arc teryx builds task driven products! I have had no issues with my equipment and clothing so far. Just wish they had some way of accessing LEAF products! Also, the staff are incredibly helpful and nice.

I own a lot of outdoor equipment because well, I go Outdoors a lot. And I do love the look and feel of Arc'teryx gear but for the price point, it's just not worth it. Don't get me wrong it's high quality stuff that will keep you warm, hold your stuff on a long and arduous backpacking trip, or even just wick way your sweat while you're going on a hiking trip with the family. But there are so many other brands out there that will do the same thing for a lot less money. So if you already bought in Arc'teryx then go for it. If you're on the fence about buying I would consider other avenues

The store is tiny with an extremely limited selection. The staff was friendly and wanted to be helpful, but with so little to choose from we had no reason to stay more than a few minutes. If you're looking for something specific just order from their website. They selection here is primarily limited to a small amount of clothes and some shoes.

It's very small store, nice but they don't stick everything. Choosing prime retail location means a smaller store. I'd prefer a bigger space with more stuff and a more relaxed atmosphere. I find the retail model of meet and greet intimidating especially when asked multiple times if I can be helped. A smile would suffice. I'd rather the staff do their thing and not say anything to me.
When I have interaction with the staff, they have been most helpful.

I would give a 0 if I could. I can't believe they wouldn't exchange a cerium hoody without a receipt bc gift from their store... Its the holidays!!!! Brand new jacket with tags. They even admitted they know it runs small. Having experience in the outdoors industry it's hard to see this. I am so disappointed. I really wanted to rep this jacket on my upcoming red rocks climbing trip. I will probably never go with Arc'teryx again. Too expensive for that kind of service. Rab has really stolen my heart on their craftsmanship and service. I rarely have a bummer story on outdoor brands but I guess this guy is big for his briches.

If you like Arcteryx, this is your store. All the newest gear is in store and their staff is very knowledgeable. Prices are insane so don't expect to walk out without spending a couple hundred bucks on an item
