Rude and seemingly uncaring staff. Extremely long wait times and inadequate care. Such a very generic and tired response sent after posting my review. See the same response sent to others.
I have been to Bond Clinic s Central Avenue location three times in the past two weeks. They have someone stationed at the entrance to ask about any reports of illness and to take a temperature if needed but Bond doesn t require everyone to wear a mask. I would request that they change their policy and require masks in the future.
I took my mom to Dr. Eldeeb. They said she would be done in 1 hour. I came back 1 and a half hours later. She was still sitting in the room with an iv
She reported the doctor laughing and talking a long time when she was suppose to have her appointment.
The nurse said that an iv came out an it took longer for a procedure.
This office does not seemed to be managed well. I am not recommendin it. Poor service.
I had my annual lab work and exam scheduled with Dr. Reyes. I called to confirm and was told that I would be seeing an ARNP. I explained to them that this was my yearly visit and that I was having some issues that I preferred to speak with my doctor about. I asked to reschedule to a time when I could see the doctor. I get to my appointment and after rescheduling so that I could see Dr. Reyes the ARNP walks in. I explained to him that I was suppose to see the doctor and that I had even rescheduled my appointment so that I could see her and he tells me I could wait if I wanted but that she probably would not be able to see me. Since I had already missed work for this appointment I had to keep it. I will be looking for a new doctor and a new clinic where the actual doctor will have time to see me when I have a scheduled appointment.
Dr Koilpillai's staff are friendly and professional. Very helpful. Would never change even though it is 30 miles from home. Love Bond Clinic and staff
I have never had such fast service as I got this morning for my blood work. Both receptionist and technician were very friendly.
After a 2 hour wait I still had not been seen. Lots of receptions, MA's and nurses were lollygagging & wasting time.
Rude office staff at Dr. Arango's office.
Urgent care is also very slow.
I will not return.
My husband and I have been so pleased with the many visits to both our primary and the many specialists that we have seen through Bond Clinic. The ability to have them all working together with our care has been so satisfying. Great group. I would and do recommend friends to check you out.
In all the years I have been going to a doctor which I have a total of 8 doctors between regular doctors and specialist. I have got to say this is the most uncaring money grubbing place I have ever dealt with their not there for the patients they're there for the money at the end of the day.
Fantastic healthcare staff and no-nonsense billing. I've had good interaction with all the staff and professionals of Bond Clinic. Thank you for being there for the community.
Wow! What to say! Bond Clinic is not just a Dr's office. It is a place you go to be taken care of like family. From the sweet girl that checks you in at the front desk to the nurse that takes your vitals you are treated like you are the only patient and the only one that matters. Any and all of your concerns matter. I have probably been to the facility about 8-10 times now and have never had not one problem, complication, or misunderstanding about ANYTHING!!! These girls have got there stuff together!! And then my Dr...Dr Halalah.. Yep, he is great. He explains everything very thoroughly to me and answers as many questions as I may have. He never rushes me or makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience... He makes me feel like saving my life is a priority. Then on to ALL the wonderful Oncology nurses in the back....talk about wonderful! From the sweet lady who has to poke you to take your blood to the nurses who do your infusions and medications....they are all AMAZING!! Manal and Gina are two of the most loving, caring people I have ever met. If you are looking for a place for treatment of something horrible that has happened to you, you won't find a better place that will make your journey the best it can be.
I made an appointment to see Dr Mary O Meara, Md. I can speak for any other office. I checked in at the front desk. They lady there was extremely friendly, nice. Had a huge smile on her face. She greeted me with kindness. I am disabled in a wheelchair. My husband was pushing me. She got up and handed me everything papers and gave me a ink pin. bc the chime attached to the pin was not long enough. She was not lazy! After she explained everything. I was told where to go. It was not hard to fine my new pcp office. Signs where everywhere. I put my name of the sign in chart. Had a seat. Bond Clinic mailed me a new patient paperwork I had a time. So I just turned that in. About 15 mins. Brittney a nurse. Greeted me. Hi how are you she said. She was happy to see me. Britney helped me get to the weight scale. So I won t have any issue bc I am in a wheelchair. Then I was in a dr office room. Brittney then took my vitals. Also my blood sugar. She then told me I saw your list of medications. It will take me a bit longer than normal. He laughed and said I know. About 10 mins or less Brittney came back in the room. She told us that the Dr will be in soon. All is in the computer system. Thanks. Yah my husband and I was shocked! She did her job!!! Then about 15 mins Dr. Mary O MEARA came in. She got an update on the old pcp specialist. How this are extremely bad. How I was treated. And with no medications. She was not happy at all. She took from my medications list from my pharmacy check and make sure Brittney pit in the right dose times of day and amounts a month. It was all right!!! She asked me for some personal paper works. I gave them to the Dr. she asked questions and I answered. She then adjust my meds and gave me better information. As to what and why she was changing things. She set me up for success. Told me everything I needed to know. She slowly explained everything and what s going on and about my referrals. She then told me to get other stuff done and see her in 4 weeks. Was surprised me and my husband. Bc she took the paper work to the lady at the front desk. Told the lady what s up. The lady and the desk made copies of everything. ASAP!!! She did not play around at all!! When phone rang she said I am with a patient can you please hold. She then took care of me. New meds new referrals new blood work. Yah and gave me a reminder for me cell phone!! No joke!! Then smiled told me see you soon thanks for coming!! Only 1 hour went by. My pharmacy called to tell me the medications was sent over ASAP. I was like what? So yah I went pick them up on my way home from the dr office with out having to go back out again. Then about one hr after I got home. I get a call from a office calling to schedule appointment. It was that quick!! My referral!! Also free WiFi. Clean bathrooms. Floor was clean. Clean offices. They do have a patient portal and it s an app too. On the app or website. You can send emails, refill medications, ask for referrals and the status. Appointments too. Or just call. I will use the app. If your need a new pcp please go see Dr Mary O Meara. The office staff is amazing too. I never felt so happy in my life!! I was always treated badly no referrals no refills I was dying. Not I can live happily ever after. In peace with no stress. I was crying in my car after I left tears of joy. People in this office go their jobs! They want to help me. Make me fell good. Make me better. They don t judge. Also I did get in house referrals for specialists. I am sure it s going to be the same. Why 2.6 stars for this place not sure yet? But my pcp was amazing!! Probably saying I have a amazing pcp!! Thanks
I've been a patient here for over 10 years and I worked here about 9 years ago. I've noticed some disappointing customer services issues here, recently. I had an appointment to have an ultrasound done and needed to reschedule and calling to do so, I waited on hold for quite a while then changed it. But due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel, I called scheduling waited on hold for nearly 20mins and hung up. I called for several days and the same issue. Either Bond Clinic is getting to BIG and customer service is not a Primary focus or the staff just doesn't care to have curtosty to answer a call. Therefore at my appointment on 5/14/18 with my favorite primary care Dr.Sonali Lakhani, who I must say I've been seeing her for years and she is GREAT, She listens and she is very detailed when treating me as a patient. At my visit today I explained to her the matter of scheduling the ultrasound mind you I attempted to have her RUDE receptionist schedule it and because I missed and had change previous appointment, She gave me such attitude. Now Dr. Lakhani told her receptionist it would be STAT so I could get it done same day. The receptionist called scheduling to put it in for same day, but when I went downstairs I was told it wasn't STAT per doctor's office. I told the girl at the desk that doctor specifically stated in front of me and her receptionist STAT. I asked the young ladies at check in desk, who was Supervisor because I wanted to speak to him/her; but they were clueless and had no idea who there Supervisor was. I then proceeded back upstairs to Dr. Lakhani's office to clarify what she had told me. Then again her RUDE receptionist said "it doesn't matter of it's stated STAT or not you still have to wait a while". I stayed to her that I wanted to talk to the doctor as to why in the system it wasn't put in according to doctors order. Dr. Lakhani came out and spoke to me clearing the mista8of the receptionist up. And had scheduling give me an appointment time for today. All of this has made me consider if I want to continue as a patient here.
After being on the phone for over 15 minutes, just on hold, when I inquired about becoming a patient, I realized this is not a place I would even want to give my money to.
I travel to Florida for three months of the winter and need to have a Remicade infusion while I'm there, they have helped me out for the past few years, for a lot less than traveling back to Canada. Great service and will be back again.
I've been a patient for over ten years and I'm really thankful for Doctor Clement and the rest of the staff here. I have always received compassion, and care with a smile.
I Love Bond Clinic....The doctors are knowledgeable and ver professional!! They try and provide me with great services...I will recommend Bond Clinic to new patients!! So glad I chose this company!!
Athletic trainers for Bond Clinic worked muscle miracles for me this weekend. I thought I wouldn't be able to compete in nationals due to a bad shin strain. They had me fixed up and on the field in 15 minutes.
I can't thank these guys enough!
That does not work. Whatever that emergency clinic is not serving a staff is extremely rude lack of education and sensitivity. That does not work if you want your relative to last a short time treat him or her at the Bond clinic.
My name is Betty Moore. I took my father into urgent care for back pain in January here. They have one of the most compassionate nurses I have ever met. I believe her name was Jenna. My father has been suffering from back pain for years. Jenna took her time with my father. My father suffered from depression due to his pain and often thought he would have been better off dead then to deal with the pain. Jenna told us that she worked for pain management with Dr. Eldeeb for years. She explained a few different procedures he offered in his office and encouraged us to get in there and see Dr. Eldeeb. Since my Dad has seen Dr. Eldeeb he has done a complete turn around. I would like to thank Dr. Eldeeb for everything he has done. But most of all I would like to thank this nurse Jenna for taking her time out to see my dad recognizing he was in dying pain And also thank her for not just treating my dad like another case. There should be more nurses like her encouraging patients and letting them know that this doesn t have to be their life. They can be pain free. Thanks Bond Clinic.
Have never had a bad experience here. Fast, friendly and professional.
Slow service can t answer the phone I don t know how people come here for years Time to change the whole clinic not just the doctor
Lousy service treated like a fast food restaurant. Doesn t even bother to return calls after leaving several voicemails
Honestly poor customer service. I tried to make an appointment for the first time and they were trying to deny me because my insurance. I asked how much it was for out pocket and the lady made seem like it was to much for me. I needed a doctor ASAP but they did not care.
My mother and I had an appointment with Dr. Eldeeb for a consultation and he never arrived until an hour past our appointment with Starbucks in hand. We waited another hour before he consulted with us. He asked if my mother wanted to schedule an appointment for a series of cortisone shots. We agreed and came back the next day for many xrays and blood work. Again, we waited for 2 hours in a fasting state. My mother was freezing in the exam room while the Dr. was enjoying pizza with friends. I feel it was rude and unprofessional to be treated this way. I refused to wait any longer, and have canceled all further appointments.

Wonderful employees caring doctors quick setting up appointments willing to work you in. Almost all testing can be done within the clinic. And various specialities offered. I ve used Bond Clinic for years love the place.
The staff at this establishment are rude and lack compassion. When we went to complain it was brushed under the rug and they said we know there is a problem. When asked to transfer they were giving a hard time to us making a simple process extremely difficult. Patient information is left out in the open for anyone to see. I will never use again.
Dr. O meara is always welcoming and takes her time sitting down and talking with you. She goes over everything thoroughly and ensures that when you leave the appointment you understand what is going on. Her nurse Britney is just as amazing. She is the first person you see when you walk in and she starts you out with a good first impression. She has a fun personality and is helpful as well. I ve never met a team like them before and would highly recommend bond clinic because of these two wonderful women.
This has been by best doctor I ve been to. I see doctor eldieb. He s the first doctor I ve seen that actually believes me about my pain despite my age. Everyone I ve been to says I m too young and didn t want to help me I ll definitely be switching my primary here. I loved the one I had that referred me here but he left the practice and every time I go I have a new doctor plus they never answer the phone or return calls which results in me driving 45 minutes to talk to them or going to the er for medication refills Again thank you you guys are the best
Stay away unless you have money to burn!!! Terrible insurance department, i have called 7 times over the last 4 months to get the correct information to the insurance company and it is still not done. so I will be stuck paying hundreds of dollars more than i should have to because they cannot do their job. To bad because the doctors are good, but not worth the hassle or the extra cost.
My father had an appt 11 am for an EKG. He waited over an hour to be seen for a simple EKG
I have been going to Bond Clinic for years and I have not been disappointed in any of the departments. The Doctors, PAs and office staff have all been experienced and knowledgeable. They have always shown compassion and concern. That means a lot when you are going though a medical problem. I highly recommend them.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! We arrived at 11:30am and waited in the waiting room for 2 hours and finally at 1:35pm someone called us back and put us in the room and we waited for another 2 hours. We only went here because it has all of our records on file but I assure you we will not be coming back here ever again. The women working in here are not doing anything but talking about their personal problems and eating food. I honestly feel like this place should have no stars whatsoever because this place is a whole joke! It is ridiculous to wait so long if something could be seriously wrong with you, you'd be dead. Don't come here!!!
Bond Clinic is the best medical center in the area! The doctors and office staff here is very friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
Dr.Reyes and Dr.Ibrahim along with their staff are wonderful they go above and beyond for their patients, they treat my mother in law beautifully. I will ALWAYS be greatful for the treatment of my mother in law I wish everyone can experience such kindness. And as far as the rest of the clinic staff always kind and smiling faces. So thanks to everyone at Bond Clinic.
If your a passive individual an follow their rules you will do fine. Ny latest experience was with a 100 lb overweight strange person with a terrible personality. That is the 2nd one like that. My best experience has been Gessler Clinic.
Dr Eldeeb is a great pain management physician but the referral and billing department are the absolute worst! I have spoken to more than a handful of employees and they agreed and said they have had the same problem. The billing department had my account all screwed up so I mailed them copies of the bills they said I owed along with my receipts of payment and they turned me into a collection agency. I have a relative that is a high power attorney, I promise I will cost them way more than the 600.00 they said I owe. They also take advantage of patients as they try to shop you to all of the other Dr's in the building when there is nothing wrong with you. They over treat the hell out of you. I changed my primary Dr from Bond to a quality Dr and he said they are known for this and to run away from them. What a shameful company.
My primary doc referd me to pain management at bond clinic. Prior to going to my appointment i contacted the doctors assistant to make sure they accept my medical and deal with my medical issues, All was good. I was in the room with the assistant and nursr practitioner for about 30 minutes the nurse practitioner said everything looks good and the doctor would ne in to discuss a plan and get the persciptions. 5 minutes later the doctor stuck his head in the room and said he only handles back and neck pain so he couldnt help me then disappeared. Amazing how you can be the only pain management doctor in a one stop clinic and you only deal with back and neck injuries.
Absolutely terrible treatment by the Dr. They wouldn't help my wife in the slightest when she went in specifically to see this Dr.
I transferred from Gessler because I heard that Bond was so much better. They are worse and I will be transferring back to Gessler in the morning. Stay away from this place
Very poor customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone, they expect you to leave a message and they'll call back when it's convenient for them. What happened to helping the customer when it's convenient for them. People do work and can't just get up and answer their call when they decide to call back.
Also Dr's aren't transparent when it comes to cost. They wanted to run a test and told me my portion which I paid. They then informed me that this test had to be done at the hospital with no mention of other fees. We get to the hospital the day of the test and the hospital then tells me I owe them $2000 and I also owe $400 to pathologist and $400 to the Anesthesiologist. And I have insurance that I pay out of my check every week so it's not like I'm uninsured.
WE ARE JUST ANOTHER NUMBER TO THIS COMPANY THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE AND NOT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, PAR FOR THE COARSE THIS DAY IN AGE.
Anesthesiologist
The smell on the 3rd floor is almost too much for me to take! If you mixed formaldehyde, medicine, and latex together it would be what I'm smelling. Instant headache!!!
I didn't even make it the office the Rheumatology office receptionist was so rude and nasty with me. I wonder if the doctor's realize that the people working for them don't care about the business. I am new to Florida and really need to establish care. I was told that an appointment was made for me in July 19 and was scheduled for Jan 20. I found another place that accepted my insurance i have an appointment next month and the receptionist was amazing gave me all the information I needed directed my the patient portal etc. Fire your Front staff!! I never want to mess with people's livelihood but you should not work a position like being horrible to potential patients
Bond clinic should be very happy to have Dr Doval and his staff, they are very friendly and professional and take there time to answer any and all medical questions. The office staff is the best, never have any problems with referrals, whicheck wasn't the case with my former bond clinic doctor.
Good doctors, just don't call out or miss an appointment, because they will make you pay dearly which is disgusting that they charge so much. I missed one doctor appointment because I was in the ER due to a kidney stone I called them but they state they never got the call! Now I'm stuck with this hill so I choss another doctor that doesn't charge for late fees if I'm unfotunfortune to not make the appointment.....no warning nothing they just hit you rediculous fees that are ubgeaed of...
They charged me $132.00! For calling in to tell them I couldn't make it... They're straight thieves!.
Charging patients for missing appointments should be illegal......
Bond clinic are straight thieves.
Going here for almost 2 years. Best doctors around. Dr. Edwardo Torres is my primary and I love how he listens to me and we decide the best plan of action, his P.A. is the best too, come to think of it all my doctors are amazing. Never had a bad experience with any of them.
Bond Clinic, and specifically, Dr. Reyes and her entire staff are the least caring and compassionate medical "professionals" that I have encountered. And in saying that, I have encountered Many uncaring doctors.
It began with my father, while he was battling colon cancer. Dr. Reyes was his primary doctor, while he received his cancer treatment from Moffitt. Towards the end of his life, he developed ascites that needed to be drained in order to maintain quality of life. Dr. Reyes' office was so negligent and unhelpful that he was in pain for weeks. He eventually had to be admitted to the ER, where he finally received the paracentecis. Unfortunately, it was too little too late. The ICU moved him to hospital hospice, and the next day to a hospice facility, and he passed away 5 days later. Now, while he was still in the hospital, my dad received a call from Dr. Reyes' office trying to mend the situation, on account of my dad having initiating a complaint against her. We of course, had to inform them that he was in the hospital, with little hope.
To fast forward this to more recent issues. My mother (widow) had a scare a few weeks ago, thinking that she might be having or have had a heart attack. She called Dr. Reyes office to try to come in to check it out. They did not consider it a pressing enough matter, so they scheduled her for the next day. She ended up having to go to the ER in the middle of the night because she was having arm pains, confusion and was light headed. She stayed in the hospital for a few days and did every test that would be necessary. When she was eventually discharged, she called Dr. Reyes to set up her follow up appointment. My mother writes everything down. She wrote the time of the appointment on the calendar, on the day they provided. When she came in for her appointment, she went in a half an hour early. She signed in and waited for over 30 minutes before they called her up to tell her that her appointment was the day prior and that she would now need to reschedule for a week later. In the hallway she saw another doctor that she needed to make a follow up appointment with, and made an inquiry. They said she would need to have a referral from her primary. So she went back to ask if they could give the other doctor the referral. Mind you, the hospital had already stated that the appointment was necessary, due to an issue with her lung. However, the receptionist told her that they would not give the referral until after her appointment with Dr. Reyes.
When my mom did get to have her appointment with Dr. Reyes, it was so cursory. No attention was paid to concerns past and present.
In addition, my mother received a bill of $50 from Dr. Reyes for "missing" her appointment. I don't know any other office that does not call to confirm appointments at least beforehand, if not after also. They know that my mom is a widow. They know that she lives alone, and that she was in the hospital for a potential heart attack. So instead of waiving a fee that was erroneously charged, they exacted what they could.
My mother does not stand up for herself. She continues to be taken advantage of by this clinic. They are the worst in customer service. The worst in compassion, and in being just decent people.
If you have a loved one that has any type of serious condition, do not count on any positive interaction from Bond Clinic or especially Dr. Reyes' office.
Took my sister over for today for her new primary visit,I was horrified to see all these people coming in without masks on,not being temp checked outside the entranc. This just blew me away for a medical clinic as well known,i was very disgusted with this place! This also made me doubt the sanitization of the rest of the place.Think we will be looking elsewhere .my small dr office ,checks AT THE ENTRANCE for fever ,cleans the chairs ,ect EVERYONE must wear masks while there.1 star for this place.
My husband has a injury and was told by his Attorney to call these people Dr. Paul Morin ,he got hold of a woman named Melinda ,she talked to him like he was a idiot ,because my husband was told to call and set a appointment time he understood the attorney was taking care of the visit to this doctor , which the attorney had already spoke to them ,he told the lady that she could call the attorney ,she said she was not calling nobody ,have the attorney call her ,this was not a problem it was her being so rude, thank twice if you use these people , My husband is getting his attorney to find another Doctor because of them being so rude. I wanted to put no STARS
Bond clinic is one of the best health care industry and provide awesome service
DON'T EVER TALK to BOND Clinic ABOUT THEIR LEVEL of SERVICE - My parents were patients at this clinic because of their PUP insurance requirements. However, after my father tired to tactfully raise his concerns about the level of service during my mother's last heart failure episode and his attempt to get an abdominal aortic anuerism repair scheduled. My mother's issue was that each of her BOND doctors told her different stories about how they were going to treat her (difibulator, stent - open heart). My father wanted to have them do the abdominal aortic repair - which the VA hospital found on a routine checkup - but they were going to take 20 days before he could even be schedule for a consult. They immediately marked their account as "high risk" and now with my mother's new heart failure issue - they have refused my parents as patients. They received a certified letter in the mail that they will "no longer be available for your Primary Care needs due to your dissatisfaction with care provided..."
Bond Clinics new way to ensure they spread disease.....make you touch and carry a number card....yuck!!!!
I am a new patient of a doctor, Mary O'Meara. She is also new to the staff at the clinic. She's been very professional, conscientious, thorough and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed my visits to her office, and been extremely impressed with the staff at the clinic.
Edwards, J. Randall M.D. denied service ,,, BOND is bad DO NOT USE
Pediatric department very rude and unprofessional!!
Dr. Kenny Nguyen office
Supposed to be a walk in welcome and after hours now. Took my daughter to be seen as a walk in. Got there at 11:45 and the receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I replied no I'm a walk in. Her exact words were "oh uh uh we go to lunch from 12-1"
Very unhappy with how it went so I took my daughter somewhere else to be seen not sure if we will be back and probably changing all 4 of my kids primary now from them!!
Messing with my husband's life! Won't give his Rx of diabetic med as promised. This is life and death! I am furious. Not the first time with these un professional...
I went to urgent care on June 1st, for severe and pain and severe diaherra. I was seen by a dr.Ton,Leim. He never listen to my stomach for bowel sounds, never pressed on my stomach. What if it was something that needed hospital care. He just listen to my lungs & heart. Gave me a script and told me to take Imodium after each bowel movements. Oh basicly said don't eat just drink water. I've worked in the medical field & I know you are to listen for bowel sounds and press on the stomach. Have you ever heard of the BRAT diet?. The doctor needs to go back to medical school. I'll never want to see that quack again.
Bond has excellent customer and that small town feel. Doctors are the best.
I've been coming here for nearly 6 years, and the quality of care here is great! Everyone that I've dealt with in the labs, and x-ray departments are very kind.
Everything at Bond Clinic is great. The quality is top notch, the Doctors truly care about you and really listen to your concerns. The office staff are friendly and make check in easy.
HATE IT!!! Arrived there this morning for an appointment, and turned me right back around, because mu insurance ONLY pays 80% and I don't have the 20% up front, and said THEY COULDN'T BILL ME THE REST!!!
Have for 5 days been trying to get an emergency prescription refilled for my mother. Dr. Torres should have his licence revoked. Inept and uncaring staff and doctors with no follow through. Deplorable and life threatening treatment. Go anywhere else if possible. gave 1 star because i have to, but even that is generous
Dr. Arango and her staff have always gone above and beyond for me. From the front desk to the Nurses and the staff that take vital signs. Thank you to Dr. Arango and her staff.
I've been taking my son to Bond Clinic, and we just love the pediatric care here. Its a really nice facility, and everyone is very friendly in the office.
