You will not get your deposit back no matter how great a tenant you are. They will make up problems with fans, doors, and maintenance issues. Flat out crooks. They have daylight showing through their wall joints and water leaking in everywhere but they will find a way to take your money.

If you are a small business run out of piece of real estate you own, and you are approached by Block with a buyer, you must proceed with caution. They do not necessarily have a buyer. What they want is for you to furnish everything about your business (all financial and all business practices) and then they will market it. It s exhausting, it s troublesome to ongoing business, and it s a bit of a hustle. Focus on your business. That s my .02 cents.
