Father's day fail! Will likely never go again. Not sure if they have a new chef or kitchen staff, but throughly disappointed. Overpriced, overcooked (dry meat), plating look like it was thrown together, what is going on here?? Not just a fail with my dish (salmon sandwich, used to be my favorite), but the other 6 family members as well. Save yourself, only eat dessert here, nothing else.

Brunch was okay! I ordered the steak medallion Benedict, grits and the Parmesan hash. The Benedict was good, but the hash threw me off. I couldn t really taste the Parmesan and the texture was weird. However, I did order a slice of cake before leaving and it was amazing! I would go back just for cake.

This used to be my husband's and my favorite place to dine. The food is wonderful. We especially love the dessert, but the issue that will not allow me to visit them again is the uppity nasty attitude of the staff. They over charged my husband and I by over 200.00 on a 25.00 ticket. To top it off they spoke to me as if I were the idiot when I questioned them. I called the following day and spoke kindly with the owner and she told me to visit the sister establishment, in the same nonchalant manner as her staff did the day before. Being treated kindly will always win out over my taste buds any day. The part that hurt the worst is the unspoken rule rung louder than it ever did after speaking with the owner. This restaurant is for the shabby chic WHITE crowd!!! So to all that fits this description enjoy. Your experience will be delightful, I'm sure...

Service wasn't that good for the cost of food. Maybe it was because we came late but other people came in after us? The food was good though, was kinda bummed they don't have sweet tea and don't like to have to ask for napkins, extra plates or silverware especially if I'm paying higher prices. All in all if I went back I would get my dessert to go.

I've visited this place several times with co-workers, friends, and family celebrations. Staff are pleasant and accommodating, food is always good, the DESSERT is AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGG! I visited today with my niece and we ordered the Oreo cake, rum pound cake and vanilla cake with ice cream.

Don't know what to say except you MUST eat here. Everything is so decadent. Take the bakery tour. The bread pudding and berry cake are my favorites but there so much more. The sweet potato red pepper soup and grilled stuffed foccacia was awesome! Small bakery feeling but enough room to relax. One of my go-to 's in Jacksonville. Also try BB'S their dinner cafe!!

A little dissapointed with the steak benedict as it was overcooked. The egg was not runny and the steak was well done even though I specified medium. The parmesan potatos needed a little bit of more flavor, but it was ok. Grits were good, bacon as well. Quiche did not have crust but was tasty! Service was great!

Very good menu and GREAT wine night Monday and Martini night on Tuesday. This is pretty much the original restsurant that helped rejuvenate Avondale, and they have seriously uodated their bar and restaurant offerings again in the last few years. Great cakes and desserts as always, Biscottis has never been anything less than a completely satisfying, great service, pleasing experience for everyeone ww have dined with there. See you for wine night and others for sure!

Everything was perfect. I was constantly brought into new levels of flavor exploration as I tried each bite of food. With each new element whether it was the fantastic honeycomb on our cheese board, the lentils and shitake crisps in my roasted salmon salad, or the just-right balance of chocolate sweetness in the triple chocolate cake, my expectations were constantly exceeded. Once it got busy during the typical dinning hour the waitstaff got a little slow, but honestly I personally think it was a minor issue compared to the major culinary experience you gain from the food itself. Please go check it out if you are considering it(don't forget to reserve a table).

I love their cakes. Today I had the Pink Moscato cake ( I dont k ow if that name is accurate), I was told that this cake is flavored with a wine. It was delicious and I'd definitely get it again. The woman who helped me gave me a run down on all of the cakes and even made suggestions, she was very sweet and helpful. I recommend Biscotti's, they also have a great lamb entree!

Biscotti's tonight had amazing service and food. I had the Duck dinner special with Brussels sprouts instead of Polenta. The sprouts were the best tasting no frills preparation I've ever had, and the duck was extremely good. The broccoli rabe was also good, with a slightly citrus flavor.

I forgot what I had, but it started with a C and it had crab in it. Cousset maybe? It was amazing. I wish I could remember the name of our waiter, but he was very accommodating. My husband and I wanted to sit outside, even though it was a bit cloudy out, and then it started to pour, which we had to move tables again, and I also broke my tea glass (I'm sorry!!!). Very nice people. We have been here multiple times and are always satisfied when we come here.

Breakfast was really tasty. Service was great. The dessert display us mesmerizing. In a take out I got the Raspberry White Chocolate (I think that was the name) ...not only was the slice excellent but it was huge. Very rich. I had to eat in small increments...took me 4 days to consume it all.

Um, if I could give 10 stars this place would have them! Don't even hesitate, just go here! First, we're not from here and we live an hour and half from Jacksonville. We will be driving that far to have breakfast occasionally now! They have brunch until 3 I think and dinner hours start at 5 or 530...I can't remember, but they also serve lunch alongside their brunch hours. They have GLUTEN FREE BREAD! I still can't have dairy and a sandwich doesn't feel right without cheese, but I can have a sandwich! I have food intolerances and an autoimmune disease that limits what I can eat, but I occasionally reintroduce things to just see what happens. I had the ORGANIC citrus mint hot tea, some of the French toast with bacon and the hashbrown thing. I did not have any of my normal gluten or dairy symptoms, not really sure why, maybe the tea? Maybe the type of bread they used, because sourdough also doesn't affect me the same. The hashbrowns are in a cupcake like form and taste amazing! My spouse got the seafood Benedict and said it was awesome... Small portion but awesome. He finished mine so he didn't leave hungry. He also had 2 old-fashioneds which are pricey but taste , and a piece of cake. I don't think they had anything that was safe for me to eat in desserts (like it mattered after the French toast), But this place has it all: atmosphere, great drinks both alcoholic and non, organic and clean options, allergen friendly options, Amazing quality and taste, and awesome dessert that doesn't look or taste like it came out of a freezer box. Looking forward to trying their barbeque place! The only downside to this place is parking! We could not find parking Sunday early afternoon and had to walk quite a bit. We didn't see any designated parking for just this place, but we don't know the area well so maybe we missed it.

This place was great for me and just ok for my friend...I had the veal chop, grits, and creamy spinach, my friend had pad thai... the veal was amazing! Was supposed to be cooked med rare, but it came out a perfect medium! Spinach was a tad salty but was delicious...grits were cheesy and awesome. My friends pad Thai ...was not the best but ok. They have cake here too...BIG HUGE slices so I suggest you share one between 3 ppl!

My family and I went and enjoyed ourselves. It is a very nice restaurant. The atmosphere is laid back with music playing in the background. The service was great right from the beginning. The food is really good. My favorite is the Salad with Salmon. It was one of the best salads I've had. My second favorite was the chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache...sooo good! The portion sizes of the meals and desert is big. The flavors are rich. The espresso is good here too. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely be back soon!

One of my favorite restaurants in Jax, and not just because of the delicious cakes for dessert. Brunch is awesome! Chicken salad is my favorite in Jax. Their meats and veggies are so good but try to save room for some dessert, which you should share with at least one other person

Sub par service. Average food. The best part of my prime rib sandwich was the au jus sauce. Cold fries, and i waited(timed) 32 minutes for a refill. It only happened when i stopped eating because i couldnt eat without a drink, and the waiter came over to see if i needed a box. Nope, i need a refill. Will not be going back. I expected better. Also $5 for a soda?
