Find another test lab if you can. This lab wants to nickel and dime you for everything including adding lot numbers to a report in which they left lot numbers off of. Also, they are horrible at getting back to you. Very difficult to work with. I am very unhappy with their services.
Please stay away from BioScreen Testing Services. They make do more days on certain studies, but the contract states a specific amount of days then they may have you come back to do extra days, with no extra compensation. The location is in Gardena. The office manager is rude and very unprofessional...
