Internet wouldn't even connect. I expected more from a chain that's 24 hours and close to a large college. Coffee is overpriced. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.

And tge wifi! Do not rely on it! Slow and it really sucks, though the crew and tge coffee is splendid!

Coffee is bad, bathroom is a disaster. I wouldn't go there if it wasn't for the location.

Disappointing this location no longer is 24 hours. Not to mention a male was somewhat rude when explaining it was no longer 24/7; though I was in the building they refused to sell me a drink... should be noted I did receive two free shots of espresso.

Place not clean, and coffee is overpriced compared to the quality. Bakery is not good either. Only good thing is parking.

Mediocre customer service. Be careful about getting in and out with your coffee quickly seeing as to how they ticket paying customers. I'll stick to Biggby on the point (between saginaw and oakland). It's insane how much better my expierences there have been considering they are the same company.

This made me really sad. Bagel was cold and looked pretty sickly. Coffee was weak and was worse than some of the MSU cafe coffee I've had. If you have good beans, show them off. Dont let them go stale or water them down. Like bigby coffee, not this place.

This is the very first Biggby location, opening in East Lansing in 1995. Unfortunately, what should be their flagship store has turned into an outdated monstrosity that should be torn-down to make room for a welcoming Starbucks. I was hoping for the best when I walked in the door only to find a non-welcoming interior with no warmth in their decorations or appeal. Please come sit on hard wooden chairs in a brightly lit room with cafeteria tables... I am very disappointed, do yourself a favor and travel 0.5 miles down the street to go to some of the other coffee shops in town.

Original Bigbby's. Great study location but it can get a little warm in the summer.

I love just this store and this location - right off of Valley Court on Grand River and Delta. Some of the biggest brains or brains-to-be you'll ever meet camp this spot. Maybe it's the energy.

The quality of this Biggby is going down every year it seams like. This used to be my favorite one, but not so much anymore. It used to be open 24/7 I don't know why they changed that. I loved being able to sit here all night and drink coffee while working.

Customer service ain't too bad. Seems a high turn over rate so a lot of new employees which makes it a bit slow.

Biggest complaint is the wifi. You'd think a coffee shop that serves a huge student population would have decent wifi. If you can connect it's like dial up or doesn't work at all. Guess I'll have to find a different place with wifi from now on. Too bad since I frequent here 5 days a week.

The best place to enjoy a really amazing coffee while chatting with your Friends or working with your laptop. Veeeery quiet and relaxing space

Small. No good places to sit. Coffee isn't that good and hasn't tasted fresh the last few times I was there. Wi-Fi never works.

A nice staff and a nice place. The wait wasn't too long. Wort the wait however, because the hot chocolate is amazing. There coffee is also really good.

There is always something going wrong whenever I go into this Biggby. Every day there is something essential missing - at times, it is even hot lids! Hot lids!!! Also, the store is dirty with ketchup bottles containing soap in the women's restroom as well as the fact that toilet paper is often out. The baristas are nice; however, I hate being constantly being pressured for E-wards when I do not want them. I used to love going to Biggby but lately I think I will spend my money elsewhere.

These people are always friendly. I like this coffee shop because its near my house. They really ought to upgrade the wifi because its nearly un-useable but I hear that should be happening soon.

I frequent this coffee shop every week and would highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that it can be fairly busy with students at times. They are often studying for long periods of time and it can therefore be somewhat difficult to found a seat.

Bad coffee, uncomfortable chairs, and slow internet

They made me move my grandmas car out of the handicapped spot and threatened to call the cops because we were eating dinner at crunchys, which shares a parking lot with them. My grandma is in a wheelchair. It was 8 at night too. Shameful and disgusting behavior on their part.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I am from out of town, went to a MSU foosball game on Saturday night. After the game I was looking up a local pub to grab some drinks and food after the game. Crunchy's is right next door. I parked in the parking directly against the building. It was crazy busy and I drive a small car. I finally found a spot and parked. Well apparently this was "biggby's" parking lot even though it was not adequatly marked as such. The parking spot definitely did not have any marking to establish this. I ended up getting a $45 parking ticket. I have never gotten a parking ticket in my life, and follow the law to the best of my ability. When something isn't markd. How can a ticket even be issued? Thanks for the hassle Biggby Management, I will be sure to let everyone I know about this bitter taste left in my mouth.

In Kalamazoo, we don't have to print out the emailed coupon to use them at the local Biggbys. We were visiting E.L and got the email and we were very dissapointed that this store wouldn't do that.

Whenever I go to the farmers market I buy coffee from Bigby. Their coffee is smooth.

Open 24 hours, so that is awesome for college students.

The music is quite loud. You'd think at 2:41 am they would turn it down after someone asked politely if they could. But, no; apparently they are not allowed to mess with the sound system, including the volume.

What gives?

People are always polite and fast when I come here. I love this place.

Sure, they have standard Biggby fare, which is good, but the place is in dire need of cleaning every single time I go. Not just the floors and walls, which have drip marks running down them, but the tables are almost never wiped off either.

Today, for instance, the place was almost empty, and every single table had crumbs and/or liquid spills. A customer asked if one of the workers could wipe off a table for him. She did, but only that one table, and then quickly walked away, leaving all the other tables dirty.

They also must've had plumbing problems today as both restrooms were closed and there was an offensive odor wafting from them.

They should spend more time cleaning and less time keeping track of which cars in the parking lot belong to people patronizing Crunchy's, next door. They have more parking than they'll ever use.

I would not support this business since they decide to ticket handicap person's cars. Some people actually have true disabilities, and apparently this business does not support that.

A 24 hour location. Rain sleet or shine, you can get that hot cup to keep you running through the night. Always a fan of stopping in during the early hours for a quick to-go order just to feel a little bit of quiet in a normally bustling place.

Crunchys is next door, and they don't have any parking. If people park in the bigby lot and go in to Crunchys, they tow their car. I was eating and the waitress told me Bigby called and they are going to tow my car. Being understanding, I walked out, went next door and bought a coffee. There were 2 employees walking around, writing down license plates and asking the customers if they had cars parked. I told them I was next door eating, but now I am a customer, so please don't tow my car. They told me it didn't matter. They even told me that if I sat in the parking lot and drank my coffee I would be ticketed and towed. The parking spots were only for people sitting in the store using their internet. They have a big lot that wasn't even close to being full, and this was at lunchtime. Instead of working and trying to do a good job, they wanted to waste time ruining people's days. They did not value me as a customer, and I will never buy coffee there again. On top of that they were rude about it. Talking to me real slow and treating me like an idiot.

Took a long time but the girl was by herself and did a fantastic job

Got a super sunburn with soy and no whip and I didn t know that meant they still left the area where the whip would be empty

My friend and I always go to this particular biggby because it's the closest to our school during lunch time but also they always have good deals and coupons. Alot of the days they would make our coffee wrong or our bagels wrong. One time the lady working was very rude and they also put water in our coffee, watering it down so It was gross in 20 minutes. Our bagels were not toasted and I got the honey, ham, and cheese bagel and the honey was on the bottom of the bagel.

The people here are the best of any store out there!!!!!! Most badass crew ever. Never get a bad drink. Always made perfect!!!! If theres any biggby you have to go to. Its this one!!!!!!

Not a bad place. Bathroom door needed fixed when I was there, but other than that the Wi-Fi was upgraded finally. I hadn't been there in over a year when it was 24 hours. They close at midnight now, that's the only problem.

Good Place. Amazing coffee. Perfect timings for late night work. I wish their internet worked better!!

SO SLOW. Had one girl working there on a Friday night, no one in front of us and still waited over 20 mins for 1 drink!! Horrible

This place has pretty terrible wifi. Don't expect to get work done.

The best biggby coffee I've been too. The guy is so hilarious too. The baristas are sweet and kind. Could use some cozy chairs here maybe a fireplace

Sitting next to the windows in the winter is kinda cold. This spot is in need of a facelift.

We waited over 10 minutes for one iced coffee that they had to remake 2 times.

Service is always friendly and my drink is ready in minutes. My only complaint is that the 7 Layer Bars are way too small now. I remember they used to be bigger. The price is a bit too high for the current size of the 7 Layer Bar.

Place is always filthy which is amazing because it's also always empty. They probably don't have time to clean because they're constantly checking their empty parking lot to make sure nobody from Crunchy's parked there.

Stopped by to get the honey lavender latte, it was delicious! Ask for the cold latte - light on ice.
This location is a great to get work done. Plenty of seating.

Excellent service and all of the consistency you come to expect from location to location. Fairly busy yet got it all in a timely manner and greeted at the door !!
