The website, bigriverventures.com, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. Although they were responsive to my initial inquiries, there were some delays in getting my questions answered in a timely manner. Additionally, the communication throughout the process could have been better. There were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of my request. On the positive side, the properties they offered were of good quality and met my expectations. I did appreciate the detailed descriptions and visuals provided on the website. Overall, I would say that Big River Properties offers decent properties, but their customer service could use some improvement.
