Mike & his 2 helpers came in and installed 2 larger windows then we previously had .They did a great job. very professional, polite, friendly & accommodating. I'm so happy with my new windows they look amazing !!

10+++++++. I contacted Better Windows and Doors to replace my patio door. Gary came out within a day and measured and gave me a quote, which was very reasonable. I wanted a specific door and so we ordered that one. Then a week or two later I decided I wanted the other door and contacted Gary who said it wouldn t be an issue as long as the manufacturer hadn t started it yet. Then a week later I changed my mind again and again contacted Gary who laughed and happily changed my order again. Many places would have given me attitude but not Better Windows and Doors. Their service is amazing. They really do work with their customers. Even when they had my order and my deposit in hand they were still so amazing and accommodating. Yesterday my door was installed by 2 of their staff who couldn t have been nicer. They were very professional and skilled, and they answered all my questions in a friendly respectful way which I really appreciated. They never treated me as if I was bothering them. And they didn t cut any corners, everything was done so perfectly.
I love my new patio door. It is perfect, and I m so impressed by their staff and service I have asked them to quote for all new windows in my home.

We had a few windows, our front entrance door & trim, and added a beautiful garden door to our deck done. They were very professional, courteous, and the install was efficient. They left the job site (my home) clean and tidy after. I highly recommend this company.

Emailed a request to set up an appointment to replace windows in house. I told them I work 8-5 but could come home early if required.
I get a response to send phone number so Barry can call (when it is convenient for him I guess) After a week I asked about a response, and I was basically scolded because I had not sent Barry my phone number.
I chose to email because I work 8-5 M-F. They are open 830 - 430 m-f.
Other companies understood and just made an appointment near the end of the day.
I chose not to bother getting a quote from Better.
Perhaps my $14000.00 wasn't worth responding to me for?
If they treat you like this before you deal with them I can only wonder how it would be after you paid!
I would avoid!

Nice work, great looking windows! They were punctual, working as a team, covered all the floors, leaving no garbage or damage behind. I m very satisfied, I can only recommend them to you!

My husband and I would highly recommend Better Windows and Doors, price is great, service is outstanding and the windows are excellent quality. We had our bay window installed 4 years ago and just had our patio door done. The installers are very professional and know what they are doing. We are so pleased with the work! No more cold air coming through our windows! We will be using them again to get 2 last windows done and another patio door.
