Emailed a request to set up an appointment to replace windows in house. I told them I work 8-5 but could come home early if required.
I get a response to send phone number so Barry can call (when it is convenient for him I guess) After a week I asked about a response, and I was basically scolded because I had not sent Barry my phone number.
I chose to email because I work 8-5 M-F. They are open 830 - 430 m-f.
Other companies understood and just made an appointment near the end of the day.
I chose not to bother getting a quote from Better.
Perhaps my $14000.00 wasn't worth responding to me for?
If they treat you like this before you deal with them I can only wonder how it would be after you paid!
I would avoid!
