Bell Pharmacy

My family and I have been loyal customers for, give or take, 20 years. This pharmacy was a no-brainer - excellent and personal customer service, a tried and true go between as far as physicians offices and the patient, dependable following up on intricate situations, long distance assistance, and more. NONE of those things happen now. In the past few months, Bell has missed prescription requests, never followed up with phone calls, incredible delays on filling prescriptions, and never having our family's meds in stock. Oh, and tons and tons of apologies and transfering blame. As 2020 approaches, I can take no more. We will be shopping elsewhere. You should too.

People are very helpful. You never have to wait in a line like in CVS or Walgreens for prescriptions. They have beautiful and unique gifts that are priced fair. Greeting cards and everything else you may need.

Best pharmacy and Edison. I ve been going there 50 years for Mr. Bell to Tony to George and now John John is so helpful will do anything he can for you it s the family pharmacy

Really love this place, super friendly and they sell great items for gift giving. I've never utilized the pharmacy so I can't comment but the store itself is great.

I've only called in to check a prescription and was met with rude interruptions and indifferent as if I was nuisance and hurry off the phone. Please learn some patience. I know it's hard times right now but its not an excuse.

Great pharmacy....wouldn't go anywhere else.....they are second to none. Always willing to go a step above

This is not my usual pharmacy. My husband's doctor prescribed a medicine to this pharmacy as it was a compound medicine. When I went there, the pharmacist told me it will take 1-2 days to prepare it and asked me the quantity I want prepared and mentioned 60gms was $60 and 30gms was $30 and that compound medicines are not usually covered by insurance. I asked her to prepare 30gms for me and when I went to pick it up, they ended up charging me $45. So either they gave me wrong information or overcharged me! Whichever it was, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Great pharmacy. They are quick and efficient, and explain insurance costs. Recently I was prescribed a medication that my insurance didn't cover very well. Bell recommended a few similar and I got a new prescription. They had to special order but went out of their way to get it same night so I could have my meds. Also the gift store is cute with a selection of candles, chocolates and other nice things. Wonderful local business!

Been goin here since I was a kid for prescriptions. Helpful great people work here. Prices for items other than prescriptions are somewhat high.

Neighborhood pharmacy. Always well stocked. Experienced and helpful staff. More than just medicines. Nice selection of greeting cards for every occasion, original and whimsical items for gift giving, lottery, especialty candies.

Well run, independent pharmacy. You feel very comfortable upon entering.

Every time we have to deal with pharmacist Steve we get attitude. They pretend messages weren't left on the refill line. Big turnover with staff and you get treated like it's your first time there.

I was able to find the medications I needed here that I couldn t find in the big name pharmacies. I ll be coming here for all my pharmaceutical needs.

Came to meet a Person named Mr. Sun who works in the pharmacy regarding speaking to him about my babies prescription and the he made me wait more than 35 minutes. Very rude and he didn t bother making me wait for so long. People please avoid going to this guy. Other than that this store is good. You can get what you want most of the time.

Bell Pharmacy is like a mom and pop pharmacy were the pharmacist are caring and explain everything you need to know about your prescriptions.
