My family and I have been loyal customers for, give or take, 20 years. This pharmacy was a no-brainer - excellent and personal customer service, a tried and true go between as far as physicians offices and the patient, dependable following up on intricate situations, long distance assistance, and more. NONE of those things happen now. In the past few months, Bell has missed prescription requests, never followed up with phone calls, incredible delays on filling prescriptions, and never having our family's meds in stock. Oh, and tons and tons of apologies and transfering blame. As 2020 approaches, I can take no more. We will be shopping elsewhere. You should too.
