I purchased a Tempurpedic mattress and adjustable bed from the Bedroom Company because I get acid reflux during the night. I sleep much better! It works great to have my head elevated and the matress is "wonderful"
I also purchased a Michigan Mattress from them for my guest bedroom. My guests love it!

I m not someone who s huge on writing reviews but when it s deserved its deserved! These guys get a 10/10! Woke up this morning wanting a new mattress and I am currently laying in my new mattress that they delivered at no cost! When I went in there Jim showed my boyfriend and I all sorts of mattresses and found the perfect one for us. When we told him our price range he wasn t judge mental that we didn t wanna spend 3000 on a mattress but he found us one in our price range. When I say I will never go anywhere else I mean it!

Jim gave us "world-class treatment" during our investigation of which mattress/pillow/bedsprings to purchase. We love the products he helped us select! Thank you Jim.

I definitely recommend The Bedroom Company for all your mattress needs! They have a beautiful showroom, their sales people were friendly, very knowledgeable, yet not high pressure sales. We tried several mattresses before making our selection and never felt rushed or pressured at all. The mattress was delivered in the time frame that they promised. Their delivery people were friendly and very efficient. I am very pleased with our mattress. I can say that I have less tossing and turning during the night since purchasing this mattress. The Hybrid mattress that I purchased was shipped in a box to my home with no issues .

Buyer beware, don t trust this business or their salesman! Prior to purchasing a mattress here I was given a pamphlet with information about the mattress I wanted, it said that if I was unhappy with the mattress their was a 90 day money back satisfaction guarantee. I made sure to confirm this with the salesman before I finalized my purchase, and he acknowledged yes, this was the case. I was there with someone else who can confirm this exchange took place.
After using the new mattress for a while, I was not sleeping well on it, and I discovered mold on the bottom of it. I contacted the same salesman who sold me the mattress, told him I wanted to get a refund because it was within the 90 day window, and he told me that they do not offer refunds. So before I made my purchase He was Lying to me through his teeth to make a sale! He then told me that the 90 day refund was only if you purchased directly from the mattress supplier! This was not what I was told prior to purchasing the mattress!
I had a Terrible experience, don t buy from this dishonest store.
If you are in northern Michigan and want an excellent quality mattress and great customer service, go to the Harbor Springs mattress company. I had a great experience there and received an awesome mattress.

This place does it right. How mattress shopping should be. We walked in, tried a few mattresses with no sales pressure whatsoever, made a decision, and were immediately given the best price we've found anywhere including online, without even asking or haggling. Man what a wonderful experience at first. My wife and I weren't even going to purchase a bed right away but the fact the salesman told us that we had 30 days to return the bed with a small restocking fee we said we will try this mattress company even though nobody knows about them. Turns out classic salesman he was lying through his teeth! Turns they will only give you a in store credit to buy only their beds which aren't even rated and are made in escanaba! He told me that I was a liar and that he won't return the bed only if I upgrade to a more expensive one! Do not support this company there is a reason why nobody ever goes in their and stick with the name brands

Absolutely love our new mattress from The Bedroom Company. We got an Embody hybrid that was shipped directly to us. A huge plus was that the mattress was vacuum sealed and made getting it upstairs a lot easier than a normal mattress. The mattress itself inflated once opened up which was pretty cool to see.

My wife and I both love how comfortable and cozy the mattress is and would definitely get another as it's great value. Thanks Bedroom Company!

We just purchased a queen size mattress from here and couldn't be happier! Jash is very knowledgeable and a great help. We didn't have a frame yet so they loaned us one to use for as long as we need it. We purchased the mattress on a Wednesday and they delivered it on Friday, which is amazing. Also we love that they sell Michigan made products! If you're shopping for a new mattress, please check them out!

My sister and I just purchased a mattress for our parent's lake house. The salesman was so helpful. He knew we were on a limited time frame both to purchase and have the mattress delivered. We were also very straight forward about our budget, and he immediately showed us the perfect mattress. He didn't try to upsell us.

The two men that delivered the mattress were AMAZING. They could see we were struggling putting together the frame and plastic platform. They did it for us, no questions asked. It probably saved us 3 hours. This is the first time in several years all four of us siblings have vacationed together, so it was priceless.

Can't say enough about our experience with this company. Would use it again in a heartbeat.

The store is one of the best bedding showrooms - everything is displayed in a customer friendly manner! The staff have incredible knowledge about the whole range of products. The owner helped us find the perfect mattress set in our price range. No hard sell here. Very helpful. Delivery was timely and professional. We have been here several times over the years and will definitely keep coming back!
