Beckett springs

There is not words to express how grateful I am. They saved my life Dennise the outpatient therapist taught me the skills, gave me the knowledge, and showed me the love to be able to get my life back. I now can graduate knowing that I have tools in my tool box to fight the disease of addiction. Now for Laura and rest of staff. Laura is the PHP therapist she is amazing. There was many days where I did not have skills yet to stay sober while I was with her. She gave me the tough love heart to heart care I needed to get to just one more day. That's I did not always like or respond well to! The next day we would start over fresh and learn more sober life skills. For anyone reading this thinking about getting help. Get there now you may not live through putting that next one in your body!

this place sucks. understaffed, the doctor cares more about his license than his patients, the front desk people were rude. could not get anyone to answer the phone multiple times. food sucks, treatment of patients is poor. for a mental health facility they ruin people s mental health. the only reason i m not cussing is because google will take it down. only reason i m not putting 0 stars is because google won t let me. screw this place.

I was in there a couple of years ago, and I needed everyday of my stay there. The staff was awesome, and there patience was extraordinary. I was mesmerized by there patience with some patients. I recommend this place to someone yesterday. Whoever is thinking about going. Also, the cafeteria was my favorite place, and the food was good. I think they could make it greater, but great food cost a lot. Overall, it was a great place that s why I put FIVE STARS.

Jody was very excellent. She helped my son become a better person. He came in with several issues and needed a lot of guidance/redirection. She even gave me some advice on how to deal with his situation when he's not doing his best. I think he got alot out of the program and I can see he's trying his best at home.

I had an outstanding experience at Beckett Springs. Staff was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this program / facility to anyone looking for help. The only issue I had was coming out of inpatient the outdate kept getting pushed back without a clear reason.

My Grandson was aggressive and hard to control .
I had him in therapy , positive leaps and hospitalization.
Nothing worked I was losing myself trying to figure out after trying different meds his nurse practitioner ordered after seeing 5 NP and it took only a couple of weeks at Beckett Springs to see a change in my grandson personality and demeanor, attitude etc . Thank you to Beckett Springs you all are amazing. Special Thanks to Jodi and Tiffany! For changing our life s especially Eric s . God Bless

It would be GREAT if these people ever answered phone calls or returned messages. Not only did they not tell us up front that this is not a residential rehab facility until the day after I dropped my husband off but they also led us to believe that his insurance would cover the cost only to come to him on day 5 to say he was up to $5,000 because it is $1,000 a day. Now that he has been released almost a week he still can't go back to work because they can't do the easiest part of their job which is to answer their phones and return messages so that he can have a release form faxed so that he can return to work. Now he is losing out on even more money because of their lack of customer service.

This place was wonderful. Met a wonderful nurse by name Clarise RN. She was extremely wonderful and helpful. Would recommend this place over and over just because of her. Told her am gonna come back just to see her and thank her. She went above and beyond just to put a smile on my face. I love you baby girl. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I came here in a very vulnerable paranoid state and on the first unit I was on was treated like I was a worthless nobody by the staff and lied to about seeing a therapist which never happened. The doctor I was under was doctor Rahman and he was either on his phone or ignoring me every time I talked to him, he also put me on meds that didn t help me and seemed to only care about his paycheck. I have a friend who I met in here who was laughed at by the medical doctor when he was struggling severely with vertigo and headache from the meds doctor Rahman prescribed. Don t go here and please if you are thinking of sending somebody vulnerable to this hospital do not. They don t care about their patients at all. However I will say there were some good staff who were trying their best, the therapists were also all very good. That said I would not recommend this to anyone who is in a vulnerable place trying to get help, there are better options.
