If your a contractor and you bid on work at this place, you have to be crazy. You can't get nothing done for all of their stupid rules and regulations. To many engineers that need on the job training instead of reading out of a book.
Government place. You'll be searched three times and must have an escort. Your cellphone will be confiscated. Armed guards are everywhere. I'd rather not go here.
definitely direct steam drive trains forever... well unless o8 fueled remotely frozen ice condensed turbo sub of course: I like my oxygen served freshly molten from red pressed bricks thank you VERY much
Umm, OK I'll rate it... If you don't work here... Don't go here... Well unless you are picking someone up or something, or like being shot by fully automatics. :)
Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory is a U.S. Government-owned research and development facility in the Pittsburgh suburb of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, that works exclusively on the design and development of nuclear power for the U.S. Navy.
The people are very kind and helpful; all team players, but the work is typical of government work. Older buildings on site are not well maintained. Do not try to go here if you do not work here, high security with armed guards.
