I've ordered from Bauer twice, and couldn't be happier. I picked up two laptops for Christmas gifts, and they might as well have been new. I later ordered a truly excellent dual monitor stand that shipped quickly and was again, basically new.

Best experience I have had buying refurbished. The owners were incredibly quick in responding to my questions. After deciding on a laptop and paying they shipped it out immediate. I recieved the product in less than 24 hours. The ThinkPad was like new and had 12GB of ram when I had only paid for 8gb. I will be going here from now on!

Excellent service, machine was in better condition than I expected given the price. They sell a lot of Lenovo equipment, which with a transferable warranty can be a really good deal. They mostly deal business-to-business but I was really happy they were willing to deal with a 1-unit purchase. I will definitely check Bauer Systems Group's stock list any time i'm looking for an off-lease computer.

(Updated) A bad experience turned into an alright one. I bought a ThinkPad T440p laptop of which the screen suddenly and completely malfunctioned after 2.5 months, seemingly due to an internal crack. Since we'd had it for such a short time with light usage and no mishaps, we concluded it s not our fault: after all, it s been owned for 5-7 years prior to this, gone through much wear and tear and should ve been more thoroughly checked. So I submitted an RMA form and received a response saying that it was beyond the 45-day warranty period. Then I wrote a review here and received a response from the owner who told me over email that it could be returned for an 80% refund, which we agreed to. Customer care is bound to be reasonable from a 5-star company. Hence updating and shortening this review.

Initially decided to buy this, my 2nd refurb, because my HP from Refurb.io was great (still is after a year) but in the future I'll probably buy a low-end new laptop: many nice ones with good specs in the $400-500 range. If you do buy from here, make sure you ask for 1-year warranty. It costs only $20 but I didn t find it when I was making my purchase.

I've purchased quite a few machines from Bauer for clients, and anything that ended up dying or being defective was immediately replaced or accepted for return, once they saw it wasn't working. Great customer service, and prices!

Maybe not the biggest, but definitely the best. Mitch is an old-school sort of guy who takes great care of his customers before and after the sale, and will always make things right if something doesn't work. Our business buys a lot of used computers, and while Bauer usually has great prices, I have on occasion willingly paid more to buy from Mitch over other suppliers, because I and dealing with someone I know and trust. I cannot recommend Bauer Systems Group enough.

Fast and personal service. Clear inventory list is kept, very useful when looking for specific models. Mohit and Mitch are super helpful, always a pleasure to do business with them.

I have purchased several computers from Bauer systems. I can highly recommend they. Mohit has always responded quickly and has excellent customer service.

The laptops look good and clean and price is decent. But that's where the good things end:
1. Dead battery - they don't last for more than 15 minutes.
2. My laptop dies mysteriously within a month of buying. Though was replaced under a paid warranty.
3. Now the replaced one has sticky shift key.

Having said this they are excellent if you are retired or have enough spare time. Otherwise for me Dell refurbished was a better option:
1. Battery did hold charge.
2. 1.5 years without any issues. Though
3. Old and bulky (that's 1 place where Bauer wins)

Very responsive and honest about their inventory. FAST .... really fast service. Great prices and a very good source of off-lease equipment. You should have good technical aptitude since they are not set up to walk each customer through the steps to configure/set up equipment.

Great quick service here. Was happy to get competitive pricing on laptops and desktops. Their ordering system is really efficient. Sometimes I'm able to get my order ready on the same day with no waiting on arrival.

The laptops I bought were factory sealed refurbs. One had an issue which came from the manufacturer. It was a faulty ram. They provided a no hassle quick replacement the next day.

After many credit card purchases from Bauer Systems we discovered that our credit card was charged over three thousand dollars for a transaction that never took place. Once we complained, brief details were given, along with an apology and refund. We wanted to continue doing business going forward with Paypal as a much more safe and secure method for card payment but this method was quickly declined and deemed too expensive for them. We have determined that it could be far more expensive for us to risk this happening again.
