Fast response to get the initial quote, oder processing is very convenient, quick manufacturing and it's right on the island so close to downtown Victoria that I could pick up my panel during a lunch break. I was pleasantly surprised to see such high quality product done quickly and according to specs. "Hidden" access panels are one of the common renovation items in Europe but it is hard to find anything decent here, in Victoria or Greater Vancouver, that won't take months to make. Highly recommend this company.
