You'll pay more for quality made-in-America products, but it's good stuff. Watch for sales. Always friendly associates and well stocked shelves. Checkout line wait is a regular pain point but not enough to lose a star.

It was pleasant so nice to come into store. The associate was patient and helpful. Nice to see a face and be greeted with such respect.

I must look like someone who doesn't have $$$. No one greeted me. Not one of the many salespeople said a word to me although they greeted others. I'll take my money to a craft fair and buy handmade soaps and candles. Tyvm

What a fun and pretty store! The staff was kind and super helpful! Will always come back here! Very easy to find and quick to get help when needed around the store.

The shelves are well stocked and the staff is always very helpful. There is a wide selection of fragrances and this particular location is connected one of Bath and Body Works' sister stores, the White Barn.

Nice place, easy to find the scents you want. Only complaint is how cramped the store feels.

Black Friday all over again! Ok everybody today is the big candle sale they are $9.50 (along with any coupons)! The store is loaded with all of the favorites! Now if you're venturing to the B&BW in Easton be ready! The one next to #OldNavy is so crowded the line is in the parking lot. But wait! Just zoom around to the other one in the #Gateway (connected to #WhiteBarnCandle) the store is packed but they have approximately 9 lines open for check out. I only stood in line roughly about 6 minutes give or take a few. WE YOU B&BW!

Clean store but myself and my daughter walked around for about 10 minutes and were not even greeted. Associates spent the whole time talking to each other so I didnt even purchase anything.

Store is nice and girls are every helpful. Plenty of suggestions for discounts. And talking up the new items.

Selection however customer service needs to be upped a little bit. I had an exchange and I felt as if it was a huge inconvenience for the cashier. I sensed some attitude even though it's store policy

I always go to bath and body works and I always spend more money then I want to but I love there products and there is always a sale

Easton Bath and Body Work employees were very helpful and friendly.

Good collection of Candles, Body wash, colognes and scented handwash. they have innovative fragrances.

Great for product but low staff or poor scheduling apparently ! I was in this evening around 3ish and my check out experience was prolonged they need to open more registers in the store that way if someone is in a rush they wont be backed up in a long line of people especially when big sales are involved any OTHER bath and body works i go to have a couple registers open for a faster checkout experience however I will NOT be spending my money in this location anymore. I prefer the Polaris location the store manager there gets the JOB done, Sorry to say this one not so much . I want to know who the store manger is maybe i can ask the manger at the polaris location some pointers and give them to her!!!

It's bath and body works how excited can you get. They had the products I wanted for the price I wanted to pay

The location is good. It is a large store with a huge product line. Staff is friendly.

Came specially for bodywash with hyloronic acid....told you no longer carry...not happy...that was a great.product.

Love the smells!!! The body butter is awesome. I use it every day. Friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to change the door setting. The sale items were so close to the door, it kept opening & it was freezing outside!!

Staff is always friendly, the location is convenient and doesn't seem to be overwhelmingly busy.

It was so helpful that I could do an even exchange for a candle I received at Christmas and I hadn't used and didn't like the scent. The only problem that I had was that it was hard to find a new candle that I loved the scent, which isn't much of a problem.

Rude and unprofessional management. They smile and are nice when the big wigs are in the store but they are rude any other time.

They have all nice things,well organized and they have high quality stuff

I wanted to buy a men's pouf but they didn't have any.

Candles, lotions, and soaps are the name of this game...and BBW plays it better than anyone else

This was the worst Bath and Body Works I have ever been to. Right when I walked in the door, the employee named Kenadee yelled at me to sanitize my hands. I will always do that happily, but she didnt have to yell at me like I was some disobedient child. It was rude and I felt uncomfortable in the store. She kept looking at me in some angry way. I wont be in that store again!!

Really love this place. They're products are the best. Always friendly and helpful staff no matter which store we visit. Top notch.

When we went it was pretty busy but we were immediately approached and helped. Good experience.

Love Bath and Body Works. Whenever I go, the staff will always ask me if I need help with anything. Lines go pretty fats too. Whenever I ask if I need help or if I need a recommendation for something, they would always help me out. Only problem I have with this place is mainly just the pricing range of the products. Other than that, I love coming here whenever I'm low on a product that I use.

I was very happy with how organized, clean, and well stocked the store was.

Cashier acted like she was inconvenienced by having to check me out. I purchased a lot. Her huffing and puffing and numerous snarky comments about how long it was going to take to ring up and bag were not necessary. Adding that purchasing online would have been easier should have been keep to herself.

Everyone is always nice. The store is clean and neat each time I visit.
