Experience not to be repeated. It's not a hotel for families. It holds over 300 rooms, 3 elevators of which 2 (in the days of our stay) were out of order. The sea view will be beautiful, but as a comfort this hotel doesn't even know what it is.

Only 1 star as it was the worst experience I've ever had when staying in the hotel. First of all attitude and customer engagement of 90% staff in this hotel is very bad. They don't even respond to you in their own language if you say thank you (Gracias), they just ignoring and treat you like an air....

Great location. Great food great hotel and friendly staff. Beautiful ocean views across the bay. Only recommendation is to have more sunbeds round the pool or don't charge for them on the beach side if there are none available. Apart from that had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel.

You can see that the hotel already remembers something! Rooms clean but already very old.
The worst were the beds. All you have to do is push them with one finger and they'll leave. It also happened to me that at night I fell through a hole between the beds that I did.
