I work for Banc3 developing AR (Augmented Reality) technology. Great place to work and the place to be if you're into AR. They're a top of the line company working with the government and all sorts of other companies and industries.

The software engineering at Banc3 is phenomenal. We've worked with them in several capacities for years. Everyone there is an expert in their field especially the department handling all their drone technology. Can't speak any higher about them.
Not sure about BANC3 Federal, but BANC3 Engineering is run by legitimate criminals. (Robert D. Prunetti and Michael D. Minton).
