Bach Gruppen er bygget op af en række virksomheder, der alle opererer i bygge-, transport eller ejendomsbranchen. Finn Bach står bag koncernens grundlæggelse i 1976. Siden da er flere undervirksomheder kommet til, blandt andet BG Beton, Bertel Nielsen A/S og GH mørtel A/S m.fl. Bach Gruppen har senest været en del af to prestigeprojekter i Danmark. Det ene i Jylland og det andet i København. Bølgen i Vejle står til at blive færdig i 2018 og huser en lang række luksuslejligheder med udsigt over Vejle fjord. Bryggens Bastion, som opføres på Amager, regnes at være færdigbygget i 2028. Projektet indeholder både erhvervsejendomme, private boliger og offentlige pladser. Bach gruppen er stolte over dets jyske aner. Derfor sponsorerer byggekoncernen også flere sportsklubber i Jylland, herunder Viborg HK og FC Midtjylland.
