Think this is a very good company the leaflets and the citty newspaper are delivered on time

These are scammers. First they mail me if I want to seal their leaflets and I would receive 960 euros per month, and then they send me all my personal information such as ID card copy before and after, and my bank account. And then I have to transfer 1 cent, but they say nothing more, and now their email suddenly disappeared, and deleted? Don't fall for people here !!!!

I have been living at my new address for 3 months now. Here I have a NO / NO sticker on my mailbox. Now I have already received 5 advertisements from you. I have made a telephone report about this four times, but nothing seems to help. I'm a little tired of having to call every time. I'm not in the mood for those mountains of old paper!

As has already been said a lot, communication is pretty bad.
The employers will hardly ever have contact. The newspapers are becoming loose (while some neighborhoods are already receiving parcels) and are already being delivered with a lot of damage, so that the delivery staff are again blamed by both the employers and the people where the newspapers are delivered. You will also receive no compensation for making your own packages, ie you have received a stack of already put together newspapers and folders as promised. Folders are delivered without any attention and if they are broken, too bad; then you get the blame! This was my first job ever so I thought it might be my fault, but after I found a job it turned out that the conditions were terrible at Axender. If I could give 0 stars, I thought that was too much for this worthless company. Not recommended!

Unfortunately not able to give a zero star. Have not seen an AH brochure for months and do not respond to my complaints via their website. AH do something about it!

since axender has taken over the delivery from, among other things, the ah and the kruvatvat folder, we have therefore NOT received this at all. until then we received this neatly via spotta and the mail on time in the bus. Now it comes out that for months we have not received any leaflets at all that we should have received. Complaining with axender makes no sense, this is completely ignored. I find all of this a shame and it shows that the consumer and certainly the entrepreneurs who place their brochures there does not take it more seriously. Can only hope that both ah and spice vessel their folder with someone else because this is wasted money !!!

Axender is a brochure farmer; you deliver brochures and get paid for this. Your brochures are dumped on your doorstep, without a "good morning" by the way.

There appears to be a lot wrong with this company. Occasionally a complaint comes in, you will only hear the street name.

The communication is downright bad. The job has since ended with a bulky e-mail full of language errors due to a completely negative check. Long questioning during telephone contact shows that Axender has a mouth full of teeth, and that nothing remains of the checks, one time it is 3 complaints, then another 5, then again "possibly a mistake has been made". The policy is after a certain period we throw the delivery person off the neighborhood. Axender is not interested in the fact that no brochures are delivered in the weeks thereafter.

Don't let your child distribute leaflets for this heartless business.

Bad company it ia that I can not give 0 stars.
First they give plastic leaflets that worked well, but then they suddenly gave extra leaflets that I had to insert myself and papers

axender, calls itself a company that delivers brochures, but cannot or will not. And the complaints (via e-mail and telephone) are not taken seriously, let alone resolved.

Axender take benefits of young people, to pay them very few money for a difficult and dangerous work.

No AH brochure for months. Reported this several times through their website. But no response. Given all the complaints, I don't understand Albert Heijn that they are doing business with this company.

Axender, as a folder service, you are fairly poor in communication for a media company. I don't think it's ironic, the folders are also of poor quality, but that makes sense if you pay all your employees too little -_- as soon as I received my folders, I saw the delivery person throw them out of the car, so that explains the quality . you have sometimes delivered extra folders or folders later than expected, of course I don't mind. but next time send an email :)

Delivery drivers walk by delivering wind and weather every week, receive a salary of nothing and are not even a bit helped by axender himself. Last time I had to solve a problem myself which caused axender.

My sister has worked there for 4/5 weeks never got paid what a rotten company. I would not work there! You have to deliver on saturday and sunday i never got them on saturday always on sunday so k only had one day

The communication is ridiculously bad.
I had a week that I did not receive any brochures and I tried to find out how it came, via the mail.
Then I was called and told them that I had been fired because of a negative control test by chance in that week.
And they kept on expecting that the brochures had been delivered.
The mistakes they make, the deliverymen have to pay for fines.
However you explain it, they will always believe their suppliers and not the delivery people.

scum / criminals. instead of properly screening staff, they will knowingly take on criminals! The result is a huge mess in apartment buildings, etc. delivery advertising while there are no-no stickers on the mailboxes. advertisements protrude from all letterboxes, the postal deliverer cannot deliver mail in the normal way. huge mess and nuisance. and that only because at AXENDER SELF WORK AND CRIMINALS WORK WITH CONCEPTS AND CRIMINALS ACCEPT FOR DELIVERY! instead of a decent screening taking place! axender takes very good care of itself, rakes the pennies together, and the rest can burst .....
