Through my work I have installed AV installations at various locations. Smartboards, Beamers, information screens and sound installations.
Due to a permanent partnership of our contractor, we ended up at AVEX for various AV installations.
Installation was done in early 2012.
No installation went well in 1x. Only easy-to-implement solutions are proposed (cable ducts across the floor and along the wall in sight, moderate finish). Only by submitting solutions yourself will the solutions improve.
The smartboard was delivered fully functional after 8 months.
At the moment I have 2 locations where the control panel got stuck in the software because of a "bug". It does not work at 1 location, despite various reports for more than a month.
Due to the many problems we have switched to another supplier which is located in Leerdam. This delivers the installation in 1x and within the agreed time and problems are resolved the next working day.
AVEX delivers seriously below par as far as we are concerned.
