Products not fit for purpose. They ll say anything untrue just to get a sale and then renege afterwards. Atrocious.
Low quality, overpriced products designed and built to fail, the labour charges to carry out work are extortionate and the quality of work done is rock bottom. I have had several recalls for misdiagnosis and eventually went to another provider who fixed the problem straight away at a quarter of the hourly rate.
Zero out of ten. Buyer beware!
If you are seeking shoddy workmanship, unethical conduct and unreliable trash products this is the company for you.
Excellent company with innovative combustion management systems.
Consistently unreliable products, now on the mk8 and still inferior to and more expensive than all its competitors. No customer support whatsoever and truly terrible customer service.
A poor mans Dunphy.
An appalling employer notorious for it s disgusting mistreatment of staff and underpayment of wages. Morally bankrupt.
I love working for this small, family run British company. They punch far above their weight in the combustion controls business and are quick to respond to their customers needs.
I do not recognise some of the negative behaviours given in some of the posts and this can be evidenced in the significant number of employees who have been with the company for over 10 years.
At least seven of the 5 star reviews shown here at the time I write this are by current employees, distributors, and ownership's own family members (two Kemps). What I don't see are loads of 5 star reviews by customers or former employees. Draw your own conclusions.
A great company with an amazing product built around, what is fast approaching, 50 years of excellent customer service and product development.
The world renowned products are designed, researched and manufactured in the UK, and Autoflame employ a passionate and dedicated team of employees.
The best for:
Regulation accuracy
Burning accuracy
Very reliable if properly installed
Schematic clear and explicit
Very easy operation
Industrial execution
Very good breakdown reading
Good value for money
Horrid company to deal with, rude staff in the office and the products are very poor quality and designed to fail repeatedly necessitating frequent expensive callouts. I d give minus ten stars if I could; this company is disreputable.
Very poor quality, hugely unreliable, tremendously overpriced, shocking service/support. Awful.
Fantastic innovative company with great future prospects.
Terrible products, shoddy service and the worst employer in the combustion industry. Bloody awful!
AUTOFAIL controls and Limpsfool burners are the Christmas cracker junk of the combustion industry. Poorly made and sold with non existent customer support; the silly woman in the office (she said she was the office manager) is incredibly rude and hasn t a clue what she s talking about.
I d give minus five stars if there was the option.
Lousy products sold by leeches. This company is toxic and untrustworthy.
Innovative company providing great services and technologically sound products. Customer Service go out of their way to support you, excellent service!
Excellent products & support - Autoflame is the BEST!
There have been a number of incidents with this product, I personally would not use it at all.
I m an ex employee, I was the national device manager!
Autoflame is a fantastic company, fast paced energetic British engineering company. Biggest mistake of my life walking away from Autoflame! The company is led by dynamic directors whom know exactly what they want and where they want to take the company. Let s face it, their products are also the very best in the world. No other company or product compares to it! #facts. Wish the team all the very best. Who knows, maybe one day I might be allowed to work for them again
One of the best companies which promotes and supports its employees in these tough times.
We had mk8 controls and Limpsfield burners installed at our work, they were so unreliable and caused so much downtime we ripped them out again and put Oilon in.
The rogue salesman made promises he couldn t keep and the project was a disaster!
Never again.
Sadly this company like many others has been ruined by over zealous accountants and the immoral management team who demoralise staff which results in the huge staff turnover they have today. The products were once innovative but now been left well behind by competitors like Siemens, Dunphy, ETC, and many others.
Autoflame products are now overpriced and extremely unreliable. They have concentrated on gimmicky visuals whilst the functionality is very poor with lots of software errors and faults.
Horrendously bad customer service, hugely unreliable products, notoriously bad employer within the trade. Known within the industry as AUTOFAIL.
Shoddy, massively problematic products and abysmal customer service. The company has truly gone to the dogs under the current (mis)management team. Awful.
Very unprofessional company with very poor quality, unreliable products that appears to be run by rude, arrogant and frankly very stupid amateurs who have zero respect for others. If you have any sense spend your money elsewhere.
Nearly 50 years of producing and mis-selling utter garbage. Shoddy business practices and a well deserved appalling reputation within the trade, this outfit is utterly repulsive.
FAULTOFLAME-Pound shop quality products at Harrods prices.
It s heartwarming reading the fake, obsequious and sickeningly sycophantic positive reviews from staff (under instruction of the directors) here, but sadly the reality is that the brand is toxic and it s infamous reputation is well deserved within the industry.
Have a look on indeed/glassdoor websites to see for yourself.
Rotten to its core; this odious organisation and its abominable contempt for its customers and staff has to be seen to be believed.
Revolting.
