I recently engaged with a local security provider for my home, and while their initial pitch was promising, the execution left much to be desired. Communication was often unclear, and it took longer than expected to get the system installed. The technician seemed knowledgeable, but I felt rushed through the explanation of how to use the equipment.
After installation, I encountered some issues that required customer support, but response times were slower than I hoped. The overall experience felt slightly disorganized. I expected a smoother process, especially considering the importance of home security.
