The technician seemed knowledgeable, but I felt rushed through the explanation of how to use the equipment.

After installation, I encountered some issues that required customer support, but response times were slower than I hoped. The overall experience felt slightly disorganized. I expected a smoother process, especially considering the importance of home security.
