Completely unreliable and dishonest company. They sold me a flat in August 2019. They never delivered on multiple snagging items post completion despite it being in the contract (faulty window, hole in the wall etc.) despite numerous promises. For 5 months did not inform me that guarantee on electrical, mechanical and water installations included in our contract is worthless because its provider went into liquidation and seller never replaced it. I learnt myself when there were multiple leaks from Heat Interface Unit and its provider informed me there is no guarantee - again, heating guarantee is explicitly included in the contract. No help with leaks from the seller despite promised plumber. We keep receiving unpaid electrical and ground rent bills in their name. For months we could not control heating and cooling settings because they were arguing with its provider about money. Our neighbours and freeholder have similar problems. After tens of emails to their representative I finally sent an official complaint on 2 March and never received any answer. Seller company is registered in British Virgin Isles so it is difficult and expensive to sue them and recover any money (and they might potentially disappear without trace). I am suing them if they do not deliver on contractual obligations over the next 2 weeks. I needed to hire a lawyer and already paid them 600 pounds for an official letter.

STAY AWAY if you want to avoid problems.
The developer is not trustworthy and not reliable at all. They do not fulfill contractual obligations post completion like snagging.
I know for a fact I am not the only person struggling with them. I heard some contractors were facing issues as well.
Problems include: faulty windows that are not being fixed, faulty heating installations, leaks...
