Call center system, sometimes I explain concerns x times, superficially happy clappy, but nothing improves in service. It is best to do everything yourself. What is the job of the permanent contact person? I do not see that essentials are taken from me sustainably.

Friendly service, attractive rooms, comprehensive advice. Hearing test is more extensive than at the ENT doctor. There was a little present on top of that. Appointments were on Tuesday 15.9.20 in Drochtersen. Despite good results, we agreed to meet again in 2 years. Thank you

I applied, got a cancellation after 2 days and since then I get penetrating spam mails with hearing aid advertising and mails with the search for "test persons"
They only want to have (as many) your data as possible, hence the alleged "job offensive".

That is going to have consequences!

I can't say much about the hearing aid product. Are definitely good. The way this company deals with inquiries, however, takes some "getting used to". Despite several reminders (by phone and email) no reaction from the employees. Thank you Ms. Rei ... n & Co. 4 nothing!

After 3 years both speakers are defective, after a telephone complaint you get said that most of the hearing aids would be in the closet anyway. Great customer service at Hg for 2000.00 euros. This company is absolutely not recommended. Never once again.

Great advice, competence in all matters, even for people who cannot directly spend thousands of euros on hearing aids. Here you start at the bottom and not at the top, as is so often the case! Choosing Audibene is a whole lot more quality of life!
