JUST GOT A CALL FROM A COMPANY CALLED THEORI, CONFIRMING ASSETGROVE HAVE GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION, AND THIS WAS CONFIRMED 5 WEEKS AGO, IT HAS BEEN ABSOLUTE ABYSMAL BEHAVIOUR FROM ASSETGROVE, THAT THE DIDNT COMMUNICATE THIS TO LANDLORDS, NO EMAIL OR LETTER, COMPLETELY EXPLAINS THE DETERIORATION IN SERVICE OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS, WE ALL KNOW ITS NOT EASY TIMES, BUT A COMPANY THIS SIZE SHOULD HAVE SOME DECORUM AND AT LEAST INFORM LANDLORDS YOU ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND ARE TRANSFERRING YOUR PORTFOLIO TO ANOTHER COMPANY, I SHOULDNT HAVE HEARD THIS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY BEFORE HEARING THIS FROM ASSETGROVE, TERRIBLE SERVICE

I feel safe in a property managed by this company. It is not their fault if I do not like the area or if the neighbour is not respecting other people. I do not agree with the negative reviews.
Whether your a landlord or a tenant I advice you to reconsider, after my 5th year with them I decided to leave where Target property is taking good care of me and honestly they don t value their consumers, we ve been going back and forward, honestly disgusting :(
Do not use this Company! Stay away. They have not paid us our rent since mid-january yet are still getting paid by the Local Authority. They do not pick up the phone or reply to e-mails. Astonishing that their website is still active and trying to find new business when they are behaving in this manner. Do not use them!
I can assure you these people are professionals. I thought they were responsible for my condition and I found out they had nothing to do with this. They heard me and helped me, even when I was not treating them well. Thank you all.
Please contact the Council directly and take payments for your property directly , do not go with new company as they all are playing games. No emails or no calls contact from Asset grove but they are taking money from council , contact your local council and as landlord they can pay your directly, please tell them Asset grove did not pay for many months. ****DO IT IMMEDIATELY ******STOP GIVING ANY PROPERTIES TO ASSET GROVE OR NEW COMPANY.
HE IS WILFULLY WITHOLDING RENT IN BREACH OF THE TENANCY AGREEMENT.
We have been landlords for over 15 years, and Assetgrove are by far THE WORST AGENTS AROUND. Rent has been paid late for the past 5 months, and not been paid at all this month. The property is overcrowded (in breach of the tenancy agreement, the HMO license and basic health and safety). Tenants have smoked (weed and cigarettes) and had multiple pets, both in breach of the tenancy agreements. The tenants had flooded the property, destroying a bath, and ruining a ceiling and landing. THEY CHANGED THE LOCKS AND REFUSED TO ISSUE US, THE LANDLORDS, WITH A SET OF KEYS.
All issues that have been raised have been ignored, and the COWARDLY VINCENT LEBEOUF has hidden behind being 'in meetings' for weeks now. On the rare occasions we have gotten through to him he has been rude, hanging up on us, telling us to shush and now most recently SAYING "HE WOULD NOT PAY THE RENT, AND IF WE WANT THE RENT WE SHOULD ISSUE A SOLICITOR'S LETTER". This is outrageous, but sadly not out of the mould for a company like Assetgrove, who seem to be charlatans and slumlords.
BELLA GAMBY IS ALSO A CROOK AND A LIAR, and previously worked for a reputable estate agency, during which time she convinced multiple landlords to let their properties to Assetgrove, before subsequently joining the staff of Assetgrove (no doubt with a healthy signing-on bonus). She has ignored all attempts to make contact. We have dozens of email chains evidencing everything, and have now sought legal advice. We will be pushing for full reimbursement, a penalty and a regulatory fine to ensure no more landlords (or, indeed, tenants) suffer at their hands. ALL THESE NEGATIVE ONLINE REVIEWS SHOULD PROVIDE SUFFICIENT WARNING - STAY WELL-CLEAR OF ASSETGROVE.
