Khashy and Michelle were fantastic to work with. They delivered on everything they said they would and closed my refinance load FAST! Now I can remodel my home! I won't hesitate to work with them again.

Cannot get anything in writing, after requesting multiple times and assured it would happen.
Too many last minute items that should have been requested a month or 2 before and then saying "these thing happen". My response is these are items that should be avoided as a last minute issue and causes strife and strain.
They never give even a range on when closing can occur...
Buyers remorse.

Outstanding loan process. If you need a loan Dylan is fast, accurate and has do drama. This is not my first loan. What I can say this was the best loan experience.

What an experience working with Charles and his team. They guided me through the entire process without a issue. They had no problem, just solutions on making this refi work in my favor.

The person I dealt with initially was very informative, kind and considerate. I had some emergency health concerns with my mother come up during the loan process and had to postpone some of my home evaluation/valuation and I was never made to feel uncomfortable about that. I had contact with one other individual later on in the process and and she was equally informative, helpful, kind and considerate. I would work with them again if need arises.

Best experience ever , I was a first time buyer and I didn't know much about purchasing a home they broke it down to me step-by-step and help me out throughout the whole process really appreciate what they do

Dominique was amazing. She kept constant contact throughout the entire process, was extremely polite and generous. She made this transaction feel right from day one and made us feel like part of a family. Everything Dominique said is what happened, and she was able to fulfill the loan within the 30 days as promised. I could not have asked for a better loan officer.

My experience with assent was as smooth and easy as possible. Honest , courteous and prompt.

Stop sending nearly fraudulent letters trying to mislead people into contacting you. Your letters are designed to look like official government documents and are worded as if there is an urgent problem that they need to contact you to solve. You're intentionally misleading people in an attempt to earn customers. It's unethical, rude, and borderline illegal.

Loan was done quickly with no headaches or suprise cost. Very happy in the new house! Thanks Greg!

Breanna was extremely professional throughout the whole process. In fact, it was her detailed email explaining her intentions to help me that caused me to return her call after screening my phone from tons of companies. I AM SO THANKFUL I DID! She was great, even working through the flu to communicate with me. Breanna went above great customer service to answer any questions I had. We were done in less than 3 weeks. I am extremely satisfied with the work she did and will always be grateful!

They worked well in a timely manor and were available whenever I needed them in regards to the loan. Most important what they said they promise; they were committed to their word.

They have bad communocation, not customer friendly at all. They say one thing then change it later then say nothing they can do about it. They said they would take care of us after we closed. We closed then they said they can't do anything and in the long run it will cost of thousands of dollars cause they didn't lock us into the interest rate they had told us. Will never recommend them to anyone or use them ever again... update Assent contacted me and offered to pay me $250 to change or take down my review as you can see I did not take their offer. Stay away from them they do nothing but bad business. It's too late for me but not for you.

Matt did an outstanding job refinancing my condo. I started with three different loan originators, but quickly I stayed with Matt because of his daily engagement at every step, sometimes late in the day or weekends. The loan was very complicated due to new requirements with insurance companies on condos, and required many follow ups. I was very impressed Matt never gave up, stayed on top of everything, following up daily during the entire process, extremely professional. I did refinance with cash out, and I am planning to refinance soon again with Matt to further reduce my interest rate.

I was very impressed with Kris's work. He tried his best to get the best outcome possible. I will for sure work with him again and I will recommend him to people I know.

I highly recommend this group for all of your mortgage needs. I have refinanced many times in the past and experience that I had with this company was the easiest and most pleasurable that I had ever had. Loan, which usually has quite a few more hoops to jump through, than a regular loan.

Had a very good experience with the folks at this company, initially made the mistake of just asking online for mortgage quotes and quickly got overwhelmed. Assent was different, much less fuss and noise and they did things very professionally AND we got a really good rate. Matt Kazemi there was very good, patient with us and his advice was spot on, I'd definitely use him again if I was going to do this another time.
