3 times we tried. Never got what we ordered. Today, they didn't even seem bothered to lose my business after pointing out the errors. $1500 in 1 month clearly isn't enough money for this company to try and get things correct. They do not respond to emails with requested information. They do not call you when your order is completed. The work they do is very good, but don't expect it to be what you ordered!

These people are awful. Ripped me off on 200 units. Quoted me a price and raised it twice by the time I had to pay. I felt like something wasn t right from the beginning when the owner, Brent, started ranting about his political views, which to me felt like they had a racist undertone. After agreeing to the raised quote (because I needed them ASAP), I received 28 BROKEN units. After trying to get ahold of Brent, I was told to speak with Brian, who I think is his son. Brian was just as unfriendly and off as the previous person I worked with. They promised me they would replace the broken units but I never received a follow up call. I ve tried 3 times to get ahold of them but they will not return my call. My only option now is to go down there or take them to court. After googling their names, I found that Brian is currently in trouble with the law for some really TERRIBLE offenses. I will never do business with these people again. I should have known better when I first felt something wasn t right with these two...
