Have bought several of their products over the years being that it is a local company and have learned a valuable lesson, their products are junk and sub-par compared to other manufacturers making the same or similar products!!!! Won't buy any of their items ever again!!

I had a problem with my Eskimo 450i... which I caused. I called them on the phone and was on hold for a very short time. Kari, in customer support was extremely friendly and helpful. The most important thing is to register your new house. I will be a life-long customer and fan of Ardisam/Eskimo and Ion!!!!

I purchased an earthquake chipper and had problems with it. Every time there was a problem it was taken care of promptly. It eventually came down to replacement. The company s agents were helpful, polite and I wouldn t hesitate to purchase a product from Ardisam again.

I bought tge Earthquake Shredder a year ago, from Lowes. Due to some personal issues, I only got to use it for the first time, last week. While I was satisisfied with the performance, at the end of tge day, the muffler blew off, tesring the bracket. One email and they shipped a replacement muffler.

The staff is great! they stand behind their products 100% very knowledgeable! always willing to help out be sure you fill out your warranty registration card.
Phone System Sucks if you don't call right at 8am. or live near by where you can just stop by and talk to some one.your'e in for a disappointing wait. use email.

Awful, my story is a MUST READ before buying. I bought the Quickfish 3i and a day later one of the poles broke. It gets better, I called the customer service (after waiting an hour on hold) and explained my story. I was very respectful and kind when speaking to the lady, as she was with me. I told her which pop-up I had and she said she would send a couple of replaceable poles. The poles get here they are for a different pop-up. Didn't think much of it, it happens, she's human. I call back customer service (another hour long wait on hold) and the guy tells me he has no idea why she would have sent me those parts. So I told him exactly which pop-up I have and he says he will send me a couple of replaceable poles no extra cost and he would put in a hat for the inconvenience. The poles get to my house and THEY ARE THE SAME EXACT ONES THE FIRST LADY SENT. I have no idea how this could have happened what an embarrassment to this company. Just terrible, I will never be buying an Ardisam product ever again (Ion or Eskimo). So frustrating for me.

Just wanted to warn everybody about Eskimo's warranty on their ice shelters. It STINKS!

Purchased a new FATFISH 9416 and when I opened up the box I discovered that one of the bolts that holds the feet on had punctured a hole in the bottom of the carrying case. The bottom of the bolts are very sharp. Almost like a punch. Anyway, I sent a picture to Sherry in customer service and She told me tough luck!

I'm returning the ice shelter today and plan to buy one from another manufacturing. Probably go with a clam product

I purchased a Gazelle tent and upon set up one of the rods was out of its sleeve. I had to dismantle the corresponding hub in the backcountry to get the rod back in place and get the tent set up properly. Since then, that hub has been a problem. When I contacted Ardisam to get a replacement they only agreed to send me a new hub, that I now have to install myself. This is a 30 day old tent and I have to invest time working on it.

Ardisam does not stand behind their products and I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

There phone message says World Class Customer service is not true on the phone for a 2nd time for 1.5 hours
