I purchased a Gazelle tent and upon set up one of the rods was out of its sleeve. I had to dismantle the corresponding hub in the backcountry to get the rod back in place and get the tent set up properly. Since then, that hub has been a problem. When I contacted Ardisam to get a replacement they only agreed to send me a new hub, that I now have to install myself. This is a 30 day old tent and I have to invest time working on it.
Ardisam does not stand behind their products and I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
