The company is excellent but delays payments on contractors are the worst they have

big projects,big companies but very poor management at any level.
we as a small subcontractor for Tiara project are waiting since almost 8 months to get our money on a finished job.

PM keep on giving us unpolite and unacceptable responses (when they decide to reply us).

this should be the pearl of the UAE big companies...

Very bad company. No proper payment system to suppliers. we have supplied materials after receipt of PDC cheque copy. Now, we are running to get the original cheque. No response from the purchase and accounts dept.

Before moved to abu dhabi some deportment now again back to al quoz office

Used to be one of the best.
Haven t paid the suppliers from 2018.
The worst part is they dont even have the courtesy to answer the follow up calls.
