Bad customer service, smh. Called to get verification on one of their vehicles, due to incident. they refused and said call back and speak to the owners after 10, I m assuming pm because it was noon.Asked a few question and was told that it s none of my business. This company seems shady and unwilling to provide easily verifiable information, which to me are signs of a company willing to escape responsibility when They smell trouble. Also not part or registered with the BBB, smells like trouble. I wonder how they treat their customers who most if not all have medical needs.
