Friendly when Swedes called for support in Paris when support was needed. However, had no financial help to offer when trips were canceled. No other practical help either. Poor Sweden when the people pay the shirt for various canceled tickets home when each and every trip has been canceled.

Unfriendly staff on the phone. Refers to the site. Hangs up on the nose. Very average French. I know the country very well, for 50 years, the opposite would have been surprising. Magnificent landscapes and rich literature, all marred by unfriendly people who speak it well who do not like the French.
