All in all, fairly helpful and friendly. However two notes:

First, if you are a person tasked with explaining consular details, it s not helpful if you re rushed, interrupting the caller when they re explains the particulars of their case, and/or generally sounding like you re having a nervous breakdown. At the very least don t be surprised if this increases the tension in the call. You might be perfectly correct, but the onus is on you to communicate it, as the paid professional, more so than on the untrained caller.

Two, if another Swedish embassy has given the caller information, that you consider incorrect, perhaps keep in mind that it s hard for the caller to know which embassy to trust (though, the behavior explicated in the first note generally will not favor you in any issues pertaining to trust).
