I would like to raise a serious complaint about the way your employees deal with customers.

I have contacted Alumco in January (now it is May)as my balcony door was difficult to close. 2 gentlemen came they made the matter worse as since then i cannot even open the door. They told me that they will order the necessary accessories and will fix it. Since then i called and emailed several times. Most of the time they dont even reply back and when they do they promise to call me back but never do.

This customer service is unacceptable on all levels. I live in Sports City and Alumco did the building therefore, i was direct to it. It seems that nobody can help me with such a simple matter.

Can you please advise how can i get your company to fix my balcony door?

I will actually complain about them and raise it with Dubai courts. Very low quality products with several manufacturer defects. I don t know why a developer like Emaar deals or dealt with them. Not to mention the way they over charge for their service. The rating of this company on Google should be enough to tell you what type of company this is
