Just had great service from Jacob at Alexander Rose customer service. Bought outdoor chairs because of their quality and 10 year guarantee. Sure enough they replaced a faulty chair 18 months after purchase without any fuss. And new chair received within 24 hours. Great service, highly recommended.
We've owned an Alexander Rose garden furniture set for around seven years. It's lasted very well but recently we needed spare parts. On the off-chance I called in to their factory unit in Sussex and asked their advice. They could not have been more helpful, especially Gary the workshop manager. Thank you for the great service. We're really glad we bought local all those years ago.
One month ago I bought a 4-place set of Roble wood folding table and chairs and I must say that I am absolutely delighted by the design, quality and workmanship of this furniture. The only snag was that three official AR dealers in Sussex and Kent declined to sell the set that I wanted; hence I bought the set from Sussex Country Gardener at Mark Cross who were extremely helpful and provided a good servce.
We have enjoyed an Alexander Rose garden set for over 20 years. Recently while cleaning them to be fit for the "summer", I noticed a bolt was missing. I contacted the sales team and within days they supplied me FOC, four replacements. You can't get better than that !
After researching various companies and products I ordered the Rimini Corner Set on the basis that additional components and chairs from the range could be added. Despite Alexander Rose advertising these items on their websites they are in fact only supplying as part of a set. They also have not bothered to communicate this to their suppliers. I am now left with an expensive corner set which I cannot add to and cannot return. Complete misrepresentation of their products. Such a shame as the product is of very good quality.
I took our wooden furniture apart yesterday for the winter to flat pack store in the shed. If it sounds like a lot of effort but it is only 6 Allen key bolts and 4 Phillips screws. Left it out covered last year but winter still took a toll. One of the allen key bolts had been rounded by the installer. Rang Alexander Rose yesterday morning, today at 0900 with the postman a free replacement bolt and a spare.

We bought our outdoor furniture from Alexander Rose this summer and are thoroughly pleased with it. We purchased 5 lounge chairs (including a corner version) and a matching 'coffee table'. The quality of the wood and workmanship is excellent and the fabric for the chair cushions is brilliant. It feels like a natural fibre but is waterproof and marks wipe off easily (including bird droppings). We had a small issue with the table which AR resolved quickly and without question.
I can thoroughly recommend Alexander Rose to anyone looking for quality furniture which will last and look great for years to come.
Bought our garden swing seat about 15 years ago, still in good condition. Alexander Rose have been fantastic with recent after-care, replaced a broken bolt promptly and at no cost. Did the same a couple of years ago. Very high quality product and high quality company. Thank you!
