I think my hair says it all. Alcheme is the only salon I go to in SF for both cut, color and product. Lauren is my hair artists/stylist. Book ahead if you want to get creative - and don't hold back! Seriously, consider stop browsing and consider this your new salon.

This is my fourth rainbow by Lauren at Alcheme and it's my favorite. Inspired by the geothermal Pools in Yellowstone (I literally texted lauren pictures from Montana of the geysers) she custom created this 9 color pallet. Having my hair done here gives me the confidence I need to be ready on camera and on stage. It's truly the first time my hair has made me feel awesome!

I was visiting SF this weekend and needed to get my hair done. I researched many salons and finally decided to go to Alcheme Salon without an appointment. Kemal at the front desk was super welcoming and helped me get scheduled with a stylist that I was looking for. Erin was the lovely stylist that did my hair and I couldn't be happier! She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that! My blow out lasted 3 days and it was bouncy and fresh the whole time! Thank you Kemal and Erin you made my experience at your salon fabulous!

My partner and I see Matthew on a regular basis and couldn't be happier. Our time in the chair is great fun, he remembers details about us, and you can't leave him with a bad haircut. He's willing to take risks, but also understands his client's needs. A+ always.

Love this salon and love my new cut from Travis. He took a long time for the consultation to make sure he got it just right and exceded my expectations. The long layers lay perfectly, are light (like I asked) and are really easy to style. You won't regret going to see Travis for your cut and Ricky for your color!! Everyone that works at the salon is so welcoming and nice, it was a great experience!

Went there for the first time after googling hair salons near my place. So nice and professional. Sam created exactly what I had in mind, even better than what I imagined actually! Can t wait to go back when I need a refresh! My husband also went to get a men s hair cut and I love how it looks on him. A very successful visit!

Alcheme Salon in San Francisco is located inside Salon Republic. It's a nice space, and staff are welcoming. I had my hair done by Hayley, who is a great colorist above all.

Travis was eager to ask what I was looking for and listen to my input as well as provide suggestions to help me decide on my next color. he is an incredibly efficient worker, and I cannot believe how quickly I was out the door after with a whole new hairdo.

Cia is an awesome stylist. The people are super friendly and down to earth. Relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere. The owners are emotionally invested in making the salon feel like you are visiting friends.

The space is awesome. Brittany is a natural and I'm always extremely happy with my cuts. I even tried a natural balayage for the first time (never dyed my hair, that's how much I trust her) and was happy with it, it looked like I had spent a summer in the sun. As long as I live in SF, I'll be a loyal customer here.
