Absolutely garbage service. I contacted them through their website several times and they never responded. I tried calling several times and no response. I can t believe this is an actual company. Shame.
Trust the reviews below by some earlier folks. Called couple of times for OLED TV enquiry. No answer on telephone lines. Philips please look into and change your dealer to Jumbo or Sharaf DG. They have better sales team

Tried calling for few days no one response. Email sent also no response. Went directly to the showroom and was told there were no stocks for the items i wanted. If only they answer their landline we wouldnt have to waster our time going to their showroom
